HEALTHY CHOCOLATE BARK RECIPE 🍫🍫🍫

  • This chocolate bark is incredibly healthy and packed with superfoods!
    Ingredients:
    16-20 oz dark chocolate (I love using Hu)
    2 tsp organic maple syrup or honey (for drizzling on top)
    1/4 cup crushed pistachios
    1/4 cup goji berries
    Directions:
    1. Slowly melt the chocolate in a large saucepan or double boiler, stirring frequently to prevent it from burning.
    2. Line a baking sheet or glass pan with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment, smoothing it out with a spatula. Adjust the thickness to your liking - I like mine about 1/4 inch thick.
    3. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios, goji berries, and sea salt on top. Drizzle with the honey or maple syrup for a hint of natural sweetness.
    Place the baking sheet/pan in the freezer for a few hours until the chocolate is fully set.
    4. Once solid, break the bark into pieces with your hands or a knife, and enjoy!
    5. Store in the fridge or freezer, as it melts quickly at room temperature. It’s not only a delicious treat but also packed with wholesome ingredients!
