Some people's biceps don't get enough from back workouts to look how they want them too. It doesn't mean they don't train anything else.

Absolutely an amazing alternative to using weights only. Who would have ever thought? I would have never imagined this to be so effective unless I saw this here. You explain this very well. I'm past my prime at 52. But I'm only 122 lbs at 5'4" and I'm super healthy and i love to run. But my muscles for the most part can't support my own body weight for many of these exercises. That says alot about the strength i don't have. I'm still working on my pull up. I'm at ground zero. And i thought i was stronger. I know I will definitely get stronger with these exercises. I've always loved watching the Olympics. These calisthenics exercises are right up that alley. I wanted to be one of those Olympic people when I was in my young teens. Well those days are gone for me, but I'm still alive and well, and this is what I'm stuck on doing now. Amazing, thank you.
