In this video I wanted to share an amazing skincare routine for brides that'll make their skin glow on their wedding day. This skincare routine consists of a skin glow juice that'll help detox your body, improve immunity and will help make you glow from within.
Next a body massage with a wonderful homemade oil that will treat all skin infections and improve blood circulation and finally a bridal ubtan that will polish your skin naturally. Try to do these three treatments every single day without fail and I guarantee, your skin will be glowing on your wedding day.
BRIDAL DAILY SKIN CARE ROUTINE:
1. PRE BRIDAL MASSAGE OIL:
For the massage oil, take 1/2 cup of any pure unrefined oil of your choice. Now add in a tablespoon of pounded neem leaves to it, if you don't have access to fresh leaves you can add in a tablespoon
of neem powder too. Now add in a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder. Mix well. Now heat this oil in low to medium flame. Once the sputtering sound stops which indicates that there is no moisture left, switch off, let cool, strain and store it in a glass bottle. For oily skin use jojoba oil or grape seed oil.
2. PRE BRIDAL UBTAN:
For the bridal ubtan, take one part of masoor dal in a cup. Add in 1/4 part of mulethi also called as licorice. Finally add in 1/ 8 part kasthuri turmeric. Now grind this mixture to a smooth powder. I have used the whole ingredients but you can use the powders too. To use, take the required amount of powder in a bowl. Add in just a few drops of lemon juice. Finally add in enough milk to it. Now mix well to get a smooth paste.
3. SKIN GLOW JUICE FOR BRIDES:
For the skin glow juice, take a small handful of curry leaves in a cup. Add in a small handful of coriander leaves. Add in 1 amla that is deseeded and cut. Add in a very small piece of fresh ginger. Add in fresh mint leaves too. Finally add in a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Now add in a cup of water. Now grind this mixture to a very very smooth juice. Try to consume a cup of this juice every single day.

Ramya ma'm i just want to thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes with us.. I'm commenting here again to tell you i applied body polishing oil in one leg only in night nd left it overnight and within a week i noticed the difference in my both legs. One on which i applied the oil is one or two shade fairer than the other one. I clicked the picture as well and one can see noticeable difference in pic as well... And i also applied it on my face i have small acne rashes over there but within a week all vanished bcs of that oil but yes no difference in color tone but my face starts glowing gradually.

i am trying this oil all over body and pack on face since 4 days. i will share the results next months. but i want to say something about this oil. some insect bit me n the area swallowed. i apply this oil and within a minute it disappeared

It should be extra virgin coconut oil... Not the one which is used for hair.. U can try patanjali extra virgin coconut oil or any good branded oil

Hi Ramya. I love your videos and utilise so many tips and recepies. I also used the oil here It's really amazing. But when I used your ubtan recepie it made my skin dry and wasn't sticking to my body so much. Even after using it after oil massage and with milk. What did I do different? Can you make another recepie of ubtan for almost regular use for smoothening and brightening the entire body skin. And it'll help if you use the ubtan on your hand and show it on video so that viewers can understand the texture and way of using also. Thanks a ton! Keep making thses videos. The videography is also very calming and pleasant to watch. We need more of these natural and Indian ingredients' recepies. All the best. 🙂🌱🌷
