Your advice is so helpful and reassuring, I have struggled to find creators that are so specific about editing and publishing, and your channel is just what I needed, thank you!!

Hi Brenda! Thanks so much for this comment. It's nice to be reminded that people find my videos useful - it can feel like shouting into the void sometimes! Please do share with your poetry pals 😊

I recently had to teach drafting/editing poems to my (adult) poetry writing class, and going back to my old drafts and looking at the reasons why I changed or cut things was so, so, SO enlightening. I would really recommend it! Great vid!
EDIT: Oh shit! I got a shout out! How lovely! I'm so glad you noticed the emotional journey of Get Over Yourself - we worked really hard on it! :)

Great advice as always Josie and I will definitely get the collection when it is out next year. I need to look at a collection at some point but haven't enough material as of yet. I have been concentrating on my typewriter poetry (typewriterBloke) and have just finished a stint as the resident typewriter poet on the See Monster in Weston. Great fun! Keep it going.
