It's pretty clever when you think about it. A lot of players use Raigeki these days especially since the limit is two. Plus the trap would be a nice bluff for an opponent's card destruction/banishment.
When I started playing Master Duel I had someone use Gryphon Wing against my Harpie's Feather Duster (basically Anti Raigeki for HFD) I thought that would be a more common occurence to see old cards like that but no lol

The reason cards like White Hole and Anti-Raigeki were made was due to Dark Hole and Raigeki were commonly used in almost every deck.
