Thanks, I'll give you a hint, some of them may be on RUclips, but because they are using copyrighted music they may not be viewable in all Geos. Perhaps somewhere out there, I have another channel that's been around for ages? 🤷🏻😉
Also will look for those music videos. Enjoyed video as always, love the macs in background. Did you know you can “mirror” your watch display onto your phone now, which you might find useful someday. On your phone look for settings / accessibility / Apple watch mirroring.
PS: The API to write your own apps to talk to your car is well documented. Not officially supported, but probably all that app you bought is doing. Tessie does look pretty slick.
It’s a good question. I don’t know. I would imagine it only starts from when you start using it. But I think it would be best to check with the developers to confirm.
@@Horrented I think it depends on how you have it setup and what you mean by "near it". I find that with the Tesla app the car will unlock as I walk up to it, but I need to be pretty close. I'm not sure if the Tessie app does this. There are some other apps where you can setup an Apple Watch to act like the key and unlock the car with your Apple Watch. Having said all that. I think for unlocking the car, the actual Tesla app is probably the best way to go.
Just watched this video for the 2nd time and realised.... "that's really corny, I don't think I'm gonna use that" and it's the thumbnail 🤣🤣
What can I say? I’m an enigma wrap in fried dough. 🤷🏻♂️🤣
Lee, I think I speak for everyone here, but we will need to see those music videos....in full. Great video, and detailed, as always.

@@notacarguy_au and now I'm going to seek these out haha

Thanks Peter, I didn't know that. So many APIs to keep track of. 😉
Does Tassie have the direct bluetooth connection like Watchla and watch for Tesla with Apple Watch?
I’m not sure, but I don’t think so.
DRIVE Electric for Tesla does
This was just added! :)
Will Tessie go and pick up the data of my past drives and charges or will it only start tracking from moment I install it?

Can the Tessie app be used while the original tesla app is still installed?
Yes, they don't seem to interfere with each other at all.
@@notacarguy_au will my Tesla unlock if I’m near it and have tessi opened but not the original app?
