Do you ever have a vegetable called escarole in your country? We saute the escarole with garlic in olive oil with beans and add it to the pasta, then we sprinkle it with pecorino Romano or Parmigiano cheese. We love that meal and yours reminded us of it. We love you, Grandpa and your beautiful grandchildren and animals. ❤️ from 🇺🇲

Another Great video Grandma!!! I’ve eaten spinach, tomato, and even squid ink pasta before but never had carrot or red beet flavored pasta. It would be interesting to blind fold somebody and feed them the different pastas and see if they could identify which was which. Keep up the Amazing work!!!

Ayaz, the aerial views are gorgeous and all your videos are so peaceful and relaxing 😌. Everything you make looks delicious 😋. Bread and pasta are my two biggest weaknesses. I really enjoy pasta. The noodles would be great in any kind of soup. I enjoy my juicer. I make all kinds of organic drinks using spinach, carrots, celery, cucumbers, kale, beets, apples, oranges, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, berries, lemons, limes, melons, and ginger! Chicken noodle is one of my favorites. I make my Grandma Anna’s homemade Slovakian chicken noodle soup with stuffing. The weather has cooled down so much that I’ll be making it very soon once I recover from my surgery. My surgery is a couple days away. Thank you again for your prayers.
