The fight they have will be their first fight, but would probably be the last ever fight in exsistence because of how strong they both are.
Interesting idea of combining the blades of chaos with the crucible. I also noticed that the words on the blades are describing both fighters with the left for doomslayer and the right for kratos.

Return to ashes refers to his skin made from the ashes of his dead wife and daughter and mark of a lost brother refers to his red tattoos which kratos added to respect his brother deimos when the gods captured him to prevent a prophesy about the fall of olympus caused by a warrior with red tattoos and believed deimos being that warrior and the ghost of a man refers to him being called the ghost of sparta.

Awesome intro, but Kratos himself isn't the God of War. That title belongs to Ares, who tricked and betrayed Kratos which lead to the death of Kratos' family, spurring Kratos' revenge rampage in the first place.

As unbelievably cool as I'm sure this fight would be, Kratos has literally no way of even SCRATCHING The Doomslayer. That man looked at an immortal god like being, in their own plane of power, where they could not be harmed, and just went, "No."

While I don’t think it’s as good as Kratos vs Asura or Doomslayer vs Master Chief, if we were to get this fight as a DBX or hell even an episode in a couple of years, it would go HARD
No matter who would win this, wherever the fight would take place will be left in complete rubble. And to be honest, I think this fight would be a very close one.
Doomguy might not have necessarily been a fancy super soldier from a program, but apparently even at base level he was worth a whole planet's worth of soldiers, maybe even double or triple that considering he's stopped several attempts to conquer by hell itself (which according to lore has apparently already conquered countless planets/dimensions, with only a quaint few under control of purely hardcore warrior societies like Argent D'Nur even managing to barely hold on for a while). So I dunno man, the only Spartan that can really even hope to complete would be the main man (aka Chief), and even then it's kinda debatable, although not necessarily fully one-sided.@@smashgold9429

Doom Slayer turns to the direction of the arrow and sees Atreus and Kratos, who were hunting (or Atreus was practicing archery, either one works). Doom Slayer runs at Atreus, ready to rip and tear him to pieces, only for Kratos to tell him to run as they lock hands and attempt to overpower the other.*
Ah, what a shame that my earbuds broke yesterday so I can't review the song due to lack of being able to make it justice from the lack of quality listening. Oh well, won't stop me from writing a small appreciation comment and appreciate it nonetheless. Before I make a quick global rundown tho, I want to note for anyone that does not wish to read what's written on the Crucibles of Chaos (yes I'm calling them that because it sounds nice) that this is what's written on them: "Rip and tear until it is done. Slay them all. With vengeance and blood, all shall return to the inferno. Destruction, rage, all for. All for Eternity. Angel and ancient gods. Return to ashes. The mark of a lost brother. The love those long lost. Beneath the ghost of a man, the hope of the world sleeps. To be open when all are ost and the gods have fallen." And damn it sounds good. Fits the sheer scale and influence of both characters while also reflecting their wrath and tragedy (all the while the left side is made to fit the Slayer while the right fits Kratos but both combine with one another to complete the story of the characters. It's an amazing detail). I'll go back on it in my rundown but I'd say it'd fit really well as a song chorus. That being said, overall the track is definitely a really appreciable one. Even with the lower quality from the lack of earbuds that I must suffer through for a bit doesn't stop me from hearing how nice this song is. It manages really well to mix the wrath of the characters while also getting across their tragic story in a way that doesn't feel like it leaves out or favor either character. A really appreciable way to go about representing both sides of the characters. Altho I must mention that the general structure of the song really makes me wonder if it's gonna receive a vocal version because some of its segments (a lot of the track as a whole, in fact) makes me think it'd be fit to receive vocals. And as said before, the text on the Crucibles would fit really well as a chorus. Either way, as said above it's a really nice song that definitely does the matchup justice and that I can recognize even if sadly I can't listen to the song at its best, really curious to hear if it'll receive a vocal track but even if it doesn't I'll be fine due to how nice it is. Amazing work with this as always.

You know with the valhalla update of gow ragnarok we can allow kratos to get the blade of olympus because his legacy rage allows him to use it and will make an epic clash with doomslayers crucible.
It’ll be close either way. It’s a surprising near dead even in scaling, and would likely come down to their training and weapons, which gives The Slayer a slight advantage, and therefore a higher likelihood of winning, even if it’s still a close battle. I’d say like a 53/47 split in the Slayers favor.

As a person who has done writing and likes screwing around with DND like stuff. I get it, even have a draconian people have made allusions to kratos because of his personality and backstory.
I think i understand a little about the track title, like the "Only Fears you" it references "The only thing they fear is you" from DOOM, and the "God" part to God Of War and possibly the gods in it. But does the title itself means something else?
Personally, the battle back then was not very successful on the data, but if a rematch were to happen, then personally I would say hands down Doom Slayer would take the crown

If we went by reasonable scaling or lowballing, Kratos wins. If we went by highballing, the Doomslayer wins.

Doomguy might not have necessarily been a fancy super soldier from a program, but apparently even at base level he was worth a whole planet's worth of soldiers, maybe even double or triple that considering he's stopped several attempts to conquer by hell itself (which according to lore has apparently already conquered countless planets/dimensions, with only a quaint few under control of purely hardcore warrior societies like Argent D'Nur even managing to barely hold on for a while).
So I dunno man, the only Spartan that can really even hope to complete would be the main man (aka Chief), and even then it's kinda debatable, although not necessarily fully one-sided.@@smashgold9429

Ah, what a shame that my earbuds broke yesterday so I can't review the song due to lack of being able to make it justice from the lack of quality listening. Oh well, won't stop me from writing a small appreciation comment and appreciate it nonetheless.
Before I make a quick global rundown tho, I want to note for anyone that does not wish to read what's written on the Crucibles of Chaos (yes I'm calling them that because it sounds nice) that this is what's written on them:

And damn it sounds good. Fits the sheer scale and influence of both characters while also reflecting their wrath and tragedy (all the while the left side is made to fit the Slayer while the right fits Kratos but both combine with one another to complete the story of the characters. It's an amazing detail). I'll go back on it in my rundown but I'd say it'd fit really well as a song chorus.
That being said, overall the track is definitely a really appreciable one. Even with the lower quality from the lack of earbuds that I must suffer through for a bit doesn't stop me from hearing how nice this song is. It manages really well to mix the wrath of the characters while also getting across their tragic story in a way that doesn't feel like it leaves out or favor either character. A really appreciable way to go about representing both sides of the characters.
Altho I must mention that the general structure of the song really makes me wonder if it's gonna receive a vocal version because some of its segments (a lot of the track as a whole, in fact) makes me think it'd be fit to receive vocals. And as said before, the text on the Crucibles would fit really well as a chorus.
Either way, as said above it's a really nice song that definitely does the matchup justice and that I can recognize even if sadly I can't listen to the song at its best, really curious to hear if it'll receive a vocal track but even if it doesn't I'll be fine due to how nice it is. Amazing work with this as always.

It’ll be close either way. It’s a surprising near dead even in scaling, and would likely come down to their training and weapons, which gives The Slayer a slight advantage, and therefore a higher likelihood of winning, even if it’s still a close battle. I’d say like a 53/47 split in the Slayers favor.

As a person who has done writing and likes screwing around with DND like stuff. I get it, even have a draconian people have made allusions to kratos because of his personality and backstory.
I think i understand a little about the track title, like the "Only Fears you" it references "The only thing they fear is you" from DOOM, and the "God" part to God Of War and possibly the gods in it. But does the title itself means something else?
