For example: white dashed lines on roads is 10 feet, and the empty spaces in between are 30 feet. If you measure the time it takes to move from the beginning of one white dashed line to the next, that is the time it takes your car to move 40 feet, which is a measure of speed. So if Nick can prove from footage he has that it wasn't 109 (he can even be going 90) the ticket would be nulled.

The radar thing isn’t bullshit. Cops have a preview radar and a radar that actually capture your speed. When you have a radar detector you’ll peep it go off that someone’s reading you.
But because there were so many cars he couldn’t capture his actual speed and he’s going off what he seen on the preview.
