The person who was verifying my account was very impatient and unpleasant. I would expect a nicer approach for new customers. I was almost discouraged from opening an account!

Same for me. I think it's not the first time, and since they are a digital bank, they should improve their customer service. The lady hanged the call. In my "third world" country i never had such a bad experience.
Ich habe schon die Karte und das Konto bei Klarna . Und ich finde mich sehr das Konto bei Klarna einfacher als das Konto bei N26 zu eröffnen .😢😢

It does not longer exist there is no way to get video verifying, my account is now totally bricked as i can not get that stupid app to work
It really is a disaster the first time it took 15 tries the time it took me 3 hours to finally get the crap app to let me in and now after a email fraud i ended up again with THE insanity failure app
It simply does not work it keeps saying my eyes are not open NO guess what because i have to keep looking at the stupid phone if is accepting the freaking image and the list goes on i have today been battling 7 hours to get it to work again and yesterday gave up after 3 hours endless not getting that AWEFULL disaster to work.
And then we see how big of a fail it actually is, they can not answer me direct NO THEY ANSWER TO THE FREAKING APP I CAN NOT OPEN ( THIS IS CALLED ABSOLUTE INSANITY )

mi anno fato aprire un conto N26 a mio nome ma non anno messo la mia email anno collegato il mio celulare o voluto cambiare la email i se a blocato tutto ,o fato diversi reclami ma non riesco entrare nel app perche il mio numero non e piu colegato e sul la emeil non posso entrare.
