@@majstealth shamely if you use the jetpack and jump on a bile titan while it's still alive you instantly die so you can't do the epic space troopers scene😔

The flag mission you guys are taking about is available at lower difficulties. It's called "Spread Democracy"
It's not really like in the tutorial tho
That mission just raises a flag pole from the ground while you defend a point though (basically King of the Hill) During the tutorial however, you are instructed to pick up a flag and deliver it to another point which is a mechanic you never see again beyond the tutorial.

Yeah, 100%...especially the last few days.
It’s because you keep running around and you’re not plugging the the breaches as they come. On bug planets especially your team shouldn’t split up to much because it also increases the area bug breaches can spawn
@@appropriate-channelname3049completely untrue. Whenever a bug breach or bot drop occurs a timer starts before which another cannot happen. The length of the timer decreases as difficulty increases which is part of why people struggle as they move up on difficulties as you need to wipe out enemies faster to avoid facing wave after wave of reinforcements. If someone is fighting a bug breach on the other side of the map a bug breach cannot also happen where you are, or anywhere else for that matter, until the timer is up.
holy shit you're blessed with a planet without any bullshit visual impairing effects so you can see how amazing the game actually looks. I would enjoy this game so much more than i already do if i could see more than 50 meters
Almost 200 hours here. I feel like people are sleeping on how good napalm strike is against bugs if used right.
i use gas strike on breaches its realy good against the littel ones befor i played napal but after getting 500kilo i swaped
Tbh almost everything that contains fire is useful against bugs no matter the size of them.
But i also agree with them about customized mechas with specialities like a flamethrower or a Shield. So they could be more useful against automatons but i think they are still pretty good as they are now
What button is melee for mech
The mechs need self destruct. that would be so cool.
That also ejects you. And the eject could be a different animation if you have a jump pack equipped.

For anyone who may not know mechs can stomp when standing still. While not easy a well placed stomp can one shot a charger

The mechs aren’t that good. They’re easy to unlock but they’re not game changing
it is not free, you need to unlock it and if you add it to your loadout, it means that your usual strategems will not be included in your mission

Seeing the mechsuit’s dropship fire on enemies makes me suspect a future stratagem that’s a loitering support ship that fires on enemies for a time period or ammo count. Thatd be cool.
7:14 I was playing last week and a lvl 50 named team killer joined my mission dropped in 4 of the yellow mechs that have auto cannons on each side and the mars rover looking thing. Pretty sure he was a dev testing things out. Needless to say we flew through the lvl 4 mission
No way! That would be Joel, one of the devs. He's been joining people's lobbies since the games launch and calling in new content for players to mess around with before the updates

That explosion at roughly 6 minutes in is epic. That perspective is one I've never seen before. Stratagems are what puts this game over the top. Imagine if it were the same game with no stratagems... It would still be good, but nowhere near what it is today. The interaction of being able to call in airstrikes provides a level of integration and firepower you can't have any other way. Sure you could make a mini-nuke gun, but that wouldn't be very realistic or reasonable. But an airstrike with a mini-nuke, now that makes sense.
I once did a secondary mission where we had to "plant a flag" that was just protecting a location while a super slow flag deployed but then I never saw that side mission again
yea i think its now a main objective on really low difficulties now
Graphic wise, Helldivers 2 similar to PS4 or PC shooter around BF5 era.
The thing that makes Helldivers 2 popular is the gameplay.

Dev really is doing hard work with Autodesk Scaleform.
Autodesk Scaleform itself has been discontinued since 2018.
Your comment is a perfect example how graphic, at certain level, is not really that important if it is accompanied by great gameplay.
People do not want photo realistic game with bad gameplay.
People want decent graphic with great gameplay. For me, decent realistic graphic was achieved around 2018-2019.
Ofc if you compare it with Unreal engine 5, Autodesk Scaleform cannot compete at all in term of graphic realistic but... do you even need that kind of photo realistic graphic that sacrifice a lot of performance?
The mechs should have a self-destruct feature! For one last f-you to the bugs!(have a massive explosion)

I figured out a tech with the r-36 eruptor where if you dive and shoot close to the ground it can give you extra space with no damage, but if you aim closer to your feet you get completely ragdolled and take damage, but it is countered with a stim before hand. Spread the word as no one listened to me.

Original Helldivers had 15 difficulty levels, in which Helldive was level 12, level 13 - An Exercise in Futility, level 14 - The Definition of Insanity, level 15 - The Inner Circle of Hell.
I guess other difficulty levels will be added later, when skill level of gamers is on par. We could say that what we have right now as MAX level is a warm up compared to the future

reminds me of the helldiver dif mission i did yesterday, completed one with 5 or so deaths on the team, and one that was 95% completed but we failed to evac
You need to be able to self destruct and make your mech go nuclear when you run out of ammo.

I think it would be kind of neat and great endgame type stuff is give you a base mech but allow you to put different weapons on it to customize for your mission flame throwers rockets or even melee weapons
if you play low difficulty like 2 or 3 then there are missions with "Place a Flag" btw. ^^

the mech with grenade launchers would be pretty dope too i feel like that would be a little better than rockets and what would be even cooler is if they implemented different types of grenades or rockets.
I don’t know why it shocked me hearing Drewski’s voice instead of Aculite’s, threw me in a circle for a second
the game does look beautiful, in the rare 1/10 map that isn't completely covered in fog/dark/foliage

this is every single helldive for me, im tired because im the one carrying the team all the time
OMG that RUclips video was so old. Back in a time where content was natural and funny. A lot of content and influencer type content is so forced and fake it's hard to actually enjoy. Watching some bris dish out some liber-tea is awesome and wholesome with their interactions.

There are some planet that have the raise the flag mission on the easier difficulties but its kind of different and sad to not have on harder missions
I think... When the team exfils.. they should let us on some .50s do a circle or two to ensure bugs are dead then jet off back up to the ship
We should be able to plant a flag at the end of every mission.
