Hi, I am trying to set an exit-intent popup, but it does not seem to work on mobiles. I have set it, as shown in the video, but no help. Could you give me a hint?
I've been trying to add redirect action to the button of my popup. All the steps go through until I go to test the button. It just shows a red X under the button instead of redirecting to the URL I put. Is this a glitch in the program or am I possibly doing something wrong?

Help Needed, I have already created the popup on that popup there are two forms, which are shown on the basis of toggle button. Now i want is that once the user fill out and submit any of those two forms then the popup should not show up again to that user only, any one have any idea how to achieve that , i am using elmentor popup

Pop-up overlays (colours or images) appear or disappear without any fade in or out. I animate the pop-up to go smoothly yet the overlay affects that effect.
Is there a solution to fade in and out applied on pop-up overlay? (maybe with time slider to set fade in time). Or when it will be available on settings? Thanks.

Hello. Is this sort of pop up available in the free plan? Also, is there a way (or a free plugin) that allows such a pop up to come up that displays another webpage and a close button? Are there within either carousels or slides that allow such pop ups to come up if/when the image is touched? Finally is there a page I can go to that gives a list of widgets, what they do and which plan they are included in? Please advise.
@lazloaluisa1906, popups are included in our Elementor Pro Advanced plans and higher. You can find information about what's included in each plan on our pricing page: elementor.com/pro. If you scroll down the page, you will find a full list of widgets.

Also, check position. Popup Setting > Style > Close Button > Choose Inside or Outside.

I go to style and it does not give me an image option and I have pro. This just doesn't work
I set my popup to show on front page, but when customer click "shop now" which is linked to my homepage,, i.e Front page, the popup shows up again.. to close the popup can only do by clicking the close button but not the "Shop now" button. any suggestions?

Thanks for the response. However, I do not see that pop up widget listed on that page you sent me a link to. So, I am cautious about get something that I need now and having to be in some sort of chat limbo with you all about it for the next 4 weeks. Since I posted that post I have reached out to you all numerous times with questions and you are the only one who has taken the time to respond in a full week. I am thinking about transferring some sites over for hosting and have numerous questions about doing so. Too many questions to risk being in limbo over. You all claim to have video chat for a while after someone purchases a service. Why not offer letting me speak to someone before I spend money to begin with?

Thanks for your question. Are you using Elementor Pro? This is a pro feature and will not display in the free version of Elementor.

I wanna access the PUBLISH SETTINGS again after publishing once. Unable to find it.

Hey @conreo, it's Control + I for PC and Command + I for Mac. If it's not working for you, you can still access the Structure panel (formerly known as the Navigator) by clicking the Structure icon. If you're using the new top bar, you'll find it there. Otherwise, you'll find it on the bottom left of the widget panel: elementor.com/help/navigator.
Literally first step of adding a new popup isn't possible. It isn't an option for me in the elementor finder..................................

So am I correct in assuming you've now taken this feature away from the standard version of Elementor? Rendering this useless to non-pro users?
Hi Dunk, the Popup Builder feature has always been a Pro feature.
Elementor customer support is so ridiculously bad that I believe that alone is a good enough reason to cancel or not subscribe.
