Is because you put it on "category" it happend the same for me and i downloaded the version of the video that it 0.5.2 and there a pulled apart called "repository's extension" and there you need to put the link

Make sure the tachiyomi is allowed to install any application, and after install the extensions, don't forget to "trust" the extension
