Norman Scott is really great CC/CL commander he works on both lines very well. However I have been using Einstein on some of my CL's for the Radio Range Finder to hunt destroyers. DD's worst nightmare seeing a CL actively crushing their advancements.

What crate?
Mordoff was a halloween event commander. You cannot get him out of regular crates. I think he was in a rust in rumble containers to be exact. You could also just buy him out right (during the rust and rumble event).

Hey Ghost , usually when I play against you I don't target you unless you shoot me first! I kinda burnt you down with the smaland yesterday and you ran the conqueror . You hit me hard and I should of known it was someone who was good at the game!

I main the American battleships bc I find them most fun. My main commander is Azure Lane New Jersey. Basically max damage / accuracy. I have a lot of fun
Fight fire with fire is great. Don’t be blinded by the special abilities of legendary skills. Read the normal effect. FFWF has a flat % reduction in fire damage that stacks with each fire. Maxed out that is 15%. With 2 fires you are taking 30% less damage. THAT is the real reason to take that skill not the special ability. IMO you should have mentioned the same for will to rebuild. The main reason to take WTR is the flat % boost to heals not the special ability.
