Skip buffer only works for certain games, make force unleashed run smooth as heck but it has the black graphics bug that’s a bit annoying, frame rate fix works okay you can go 2 psp with the frame rate instead of one but if you boost the frame rate to 4 will that help ?????

I use an iPad, got 8gb of ram, but I still encounter some visual glitches and framerate issues with some games. (Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix, and Jackass the game especially) any solutions for that? The frames start out fine for about 5-10 minutes (around 30fps, most PSP games run like that originally anyway.) and then they tank to about 13-16 after that. Followed your follow up tips and didnt have much success there either. (Auto frame skip on, Skip buffer effects off since visual glitches happen even with it off, 1x PSP)
By your comment i feel like your tab start heating os something after some usage! M i right? If this is the case keep all other apps closed while using ppsspp
@@PSPGamer that may be the case, it could just be a bad processor or something if that is the case because my device doesn't necessarily warm up. It usually sorts itself out temporarily if I close the app and reopen it. But as far as other apps being open in the background, I make sure everything else is closed before I run any emulators for that reason.
@@PSPGamer i figured it out. Must be a data storing issue or something through the emulator, because I save state in the emulator menu and the frames go right back to normal. I couldn't chalk it up to anything else other than that.

You can pause the game when there is cut scenes and uncheck the skip buffer effect option to see the scene and check back when gsmeplay

Frameskipping is only good when game is slow
Frameskipping increase speed by decreasing fps you need to try lower rendering resolution 1xpsp
