Yeah, the Lakers were just second by 0.3 attempts per game.

Shhhh don’t say this now
@nneely613 Oh, I know lol. I was just giving context to what Nick said. He made it a point to say that they didn't lead the league in free throw attempts. He left out that other bit, though.
@@colenaber7409 ok gotcha, yeah he's a clutch sports propagandist, he's the Goebbels of sports media.

LeBron with 26-12-8

Nuggets made 8 3s the whole game
Jamal Murray was terrible for 3.5 quarters
Lakers were up 20 & played well for 46mins
And YET..
AD needs 30+ shot attempts
A flaw in your analysis though Nick is that, like last year, you assume that for some reason, the Nuggets can’t win games on the road, can’t win against the Lakers at home, said the same thing last year and they took two in LA to sweep ‘em. That’s just devoid in any logic aside from faith in LeBron. The nuggets are the defending champs and have gone through many varied playoff battles, they’ve seen a lot
Thank you. Sir
Well you basically gave the reason: Faith. It’s certainly not fact or analysis based, unlike what Nick tries to present. He worships at the alter of LeBron and it’s his religion. So it doesn’t matter if you show Nick last year’s results of the regular season numbers or fossil records proving evolution; he’s keeping his head in the stone age.
That broken play MPJ 3 was the beginning of the disaster.......
Totally right! It’s one thing for them to be good but to get lucky too? SMH. Give me a break. Had we got that steal, game is over.
Aaron Gordon was the reason the pick n roll game got blown up in the second half, very underrated defender
@@CashMoolah00 what does that have to do with a broken lucky play that fell in their favor?
@@bilbobaggins9893 Because AD scored 8 points in the second half when AG was guarding him and switching the pick n roll
@@CashMoolah00 still has 0 to do with the original comment. Everything u r saying would be irrelevant if it weren’t for the lucky broken play.
You need to name this the "Chiefs and Lebron Show"
Why doesn't Darvin Ham call plays for the guy with the hot hand being AD, you can't let the defense dictate your offense. But credit to Malone
11:04 They dint went away from it.... DNVR made em... that switch Aaron od Davis and Pope on James... totally differrent setup
Enjoy the show but the constant bron slurping is exhausting.
If LA had been playing ANY other team in the league last night, they would've won in a blow out. AD, DLo, and AD played out of their minds. Meanwhile Denver played another terrible game, but because they are an all time great team, they never quit and they were able to come back and beat the Lakers playing at their absolute best. Pretty incredible.
Damonza really has to watch some basketball… dudes knowledge has gone from 10% to 15% in a year. And that’s crazy because he used to play college ball.
Nick's GOAT LeBron, in his opinion, had his best game in 2018 Finals game 1. He scored 2 in OT loss and Shaun Livingston had 6. How is this a better game than Game 6 '98 Finals?
Having to criticize a 51-8-8 Finals game that happened 6 years ago vs the best team ever assembled doesn’t really bode well for the GOAT debate😂😂
I don’t see the logic in your question. I think both 2018 game 1 and last nights game are both better than MJ’s lil push off game 😂
This is so awesome! I wish I would’ve known this when we had our wedding in September 😂
Great advice with the AirTag on the collar. We do this for our dog too.

Marathon not sprint! AWESOMNESS to hold those hosers to 90 points! nice to see them getting their GRIT on! PHYSICALITY baby!
Your anguish sustains me 😅
Im 30 minutes in and hes still talking about the lakers game. Does it ever end? lol
Nick just admit it plz Lakers cannot beat the Nuggets. They did everything you said they needed to do along with Murray having a bad game. Yet they still lost. They couldn't hold a 20 point lead in the second half.
We want the Nuggets now coz the Lakers are fresh. How's that going for you Nick? 😂
“They need to have u in parenthesis - nick wright, outside of the graphic” 😂 1:03:06
I’m sorry Bron offensively fouls and half his drives but never gets called for it. He is way too strong to have the luxury to push off his opponents.
When In doubt you know Nick is going to make excuses for Bron and the Lakers. Blaming the refs is laughable
They did give up 20 pt lead 😮
Better lighting finally
If game 1 of the finals bothers LeBron that much that’s an issue with his own mindset. Even if they win game 1 that series is warriors in 5 or 6… weird thing to be hanging onto 6 years later
He wanted his Iverson moment
I think that people who say the Lakers will could win it all fail to grasp why they’re down 2-0 to begin with. It’s really simple, their 2 best players are old (AD has an old body for his age given injury history). Even if they can win 4 of the next 5, the amount of energy they are going to have to spend to do that is something they simply can’t sustain for another 3 series. They are gassed against the Nuggets by 1/2 way through the 3rd quarter. Their next opponent would be a young Minnesota team, who is even more physical, or a Phoenix team that they can’t guard. Their reward for that would likely be the youngest team in the league or Dallas. And at the end of all that they will get Boston, a team who is just slightly older than OKC, all while playing every other day. That’s a tall ask for a team that relies on 2 older stars who get winded by a half of play. It doesn’t matter if they beat Denver, they don’t have the energy to win it all. That’s simply the truth
I would love to see nick explain the life cycle of an NBA player, and how having a point center is going to influence the game in 10 years - and how that differs to how steph influenced the game almost immediately.
Predicts Lakers to win, they’re down 2-0, makes the claim it doesn’t matter yet. lol
Series doesn’t start until someone loses at home😄😄
I think he knew logically lakers were not a good choice. He just can’t really pick against LeBron
did we need the list of old guys four times? move it along lol
They stopped giving AD the ball man. That’s on bron
the whole passing the torch segment was a glazing lebron moment in disguise
I actually watched the game fully and I didn’t even think joker did anything crazy mpj was out there making all kinds of timely shots.
Except Jokic historic game 😂 Looks like you are just a dummy 😲
Petition for nick to get an interview with lebron! It would be amazing nick would ask the best questions
Shaq vs jokic wouldve been sick
Emfraud getting swept in the first round hope people keep the same energy for him that they did for Jokic in 2022
Since when can you slap a player in a face and then reverse the call on the floor saying it’s not a foul
Lebalco has stood the TEST of time.
Good show, wish nick would have talked about lebron and the lakers a little more though.
I hardly watch NBA but I felt sick watching that game
Nick, Steph is older than KD. Steph is 36, KD 35
Finally Nick likes jokic. Great day
The Laker getting 6 points from the bench will not get it done. Dinwiddy and Vincent combine for zero points will help help Lakers go home early.
I remember last night raging when they cut the lead to 9. I said, "we lost." And i had to shut the game off cuz im not mature enough to watch the Denver nuggets dismantle and rip out the Lakers hearts without possibly verbally assaulting my wife and waking up my son. The team from the coach down midway through the 3rd quarter made poor decision after poor decision, the officiating was one sided (not complaining cuz lakers usually benefit) and the Lakers played 3 vs 8. Im still shook. That was our chance.
Darvin is the problem
When does D think Ray Allen was drafted? 😂
I truly believe the refs didn’t call the jersey pull because he watched maxey blatantly push off Hart for the inbound.
If I remember correctly, I believe Nick once said that he stopped referring to Luka as his "large, adult, Slovenian son" because his son took issue with it. Does anyone know if that's true and what the backstory is behind that?
You mean the first review where murray didn't touch lebron and lebron used his elbow to move Murray?
26:00 in my opinion Bron best game was the 2013 NBA finals game 7 against the Spurs. Bron had 37pts 12rebs 4ast 12-23FGs 8-8FTs in a 95-88 victory.
Bosh had 0pts
Miller had 0pts
Allen had 0pts
Bron and Dwade carry the team that game.
Unfortunately Bron is old and can’t do that anymore.
Kd warriors no clue how that was allowed
Hey Nick. Long time listener. Any chance I could get a lil drizzle for my upcoming wedding….. 😊
You didn't mention final half a minute, Lebron pushing KCP when he had a chance to put a dagger, you remain silent for that offensive foul
Lakers not even a great defensive team, I’m not trying to hear nothing about them defending without fouling
The greatest game any player has ever played ended w the player pouting on the bench and folding in OT
How dare you not add Eric Gordon to this list
Thats what ya get when your in the media and ya show your biased on 1 or another team. And now its a changing of the guard come on now 10 games in a row
Ham absolutely should have challenged, that was egregious. You have timeouts to burn and nothing to lose.
We need to start giving Jamal Murray his flowers
The irony of the KD Warriors is that he never goes to the Warriors if Lebron doesn’t go to the cheat, taking Bosh with him joining Wade.
I wholeheartedly believe the lakers will win game 3
What have you wholeheartedly believed the last 10 times they've faced off against each other?
If that was an all-time great NBA night, that's an indictment of NBA's entertainment value. I never saw Embiid even jog up the court the whole night. The Nuggets looked disjointed and lucky to slop together a haphazard come-back against a meh opponent.
NCAAMB, NFL, even Women's World cup soccer, regularly beat that. Please look back further into NBA history, because I really don't want last night to be seen in an all-time context.
You need a closer in basketball. The rest is semantics.
Nuggets no ft the second half and i dnt hear them complaining
Who complains after a win lmao
If the Lakers play any other team, they stomp them. It’s over at halftime. I turned it off and went to bed. I turned it back on w two minutes left.
Lebron did play great, but can’t we also acknowledge that he blew it missing that shot? When Steph or Jimmy butler play great and miss a shot at the end (ie game 7 ECF 2022) we rightly acknowledge they messed up. Let’s just acknowledge the same for lebron
LeBron also has the most playoff buzzer beaters oat and is 40 years old just stop this nonsense narrative to try and tear down the best player to ever lace up
@@roselelouch3038how many does he have in the Finals? ZERO. Foh.
first round next year nick wright is picking the lakers over the nuggets again.. calling it now
Lets be fair, Jokic cooked AD in the 4th quarter too
So … Lebron is still mad that the charge-block call was correct????
I still say part of the problem is the head coach. The pick and roll with LeBron and AD was killing Denver and yet the Lakers stop doing it. His in game decision making is horrible or non exiting.
I am nuggets fan, but if lakers just go to AD in the post every play in the second half, they win by 15 points. They stopped doing everything that worked, and just went to iso ball.
I honestly don’t think so bc Lebron and AD were gassed, they were not going to be able to sustain that much on ball action for the remainder of the game. They wore down and the Nuggets superior conditioning took over.
AD going to the bench in foul trouble was the turning point. Allowed Jokic to score at will while AD lost his rhythm on offense. Also made him more passive on defense
LAL are +500 in FT but Lebrick had the audacity to complain bout officiating nyahahahahha
It's like Patrick mahomes against the 49ers and Buffalo Bills it's just not going to happen
Looks at the replay were the refs blew a 20 point lead
Everyone is playing for second
The reason the Lakers lost is Ham who cannot make adjustments.
Hey nic didn't ya say that lakers were gonna win
Thank you Nick, now that Lebron is passing the torch who is going to be the tv media analyst that will support Jokic all the way through his championships, Jordan era it was Ahmad Rashad, Lebron it was Windhorst and yourself, who is going to be the Joker guy, there is non prominent tv media analyst yet, vacant is still there and it´s still early for all the upcoming accolades. Just saying.
AD scored nothing in 4th....may be that is THE REASON
Suggesting the Lakers punt games in a playoff series if they would have won last night, when they’ve lost 10 straight to Denver is an insane take ngl. The Lakers just can’t beat the Nuggets and are in 0 position to be punting anything. Even with a win last night, the idea they can pick and choose when to beat the Nuggets is nonsensical.
Somebody has to help me understand why the Lakers didn’t pick up D Howard. Is he just bad now. I see him in social media looking strong and athletic. They obviously was gone need him.
The lakers are all talk and excuses and no action. What a joke and lover team 😂
LeBalco is abyssmal in the clutch!
I do think LeBron should have attacked the rim on the last possession, but he played a great game.
Lol Lakers in 6 still - unacceptable blown call on DLo
Lakers lost that game because they ain’t spam the ball to Davis up 20 you gotta keep going to him he came in the 3rd with 28 & left the game with 32 & only took 1 shot in 4th smh
Lakers and Labron always blame the refs. This is an on going story. How many calls did Labron get last night and he was never fouled. I am so tired of Lakers crying.
Admit it Nick, Nikola THE REAL MVP Jokić is ALREADY IN THE G.O.A.T. CONVERSATION!
Yall don’t listen. He didn’t blame the refs. Lol!
