Thank you for explanation! No matter what were the challenges, this masterpiece can be remembered for good... Lake on electric guitar solo, I think there's no other capture on that! Congrats to all recording team!
Back in the day, I never really thought about how much energy it took to play this song (written mostly in 10/8) for more than 20 minutes. They must have been exhausted by the end of it. True musicians and showman.

Great video, the beginning was insane for the bass lines. I'll never understand why Greg Lake's name doesn't surface more as an influencer for so many bass players. My guess is his vocals and acoustic guitar overshadowed his bass work in many people's minds. Yeah, these guys were jaw dropping in concert, no matter what material they were touring with that year. Amazingly, Greg's vocals are incredible though!) 50 years later and no band has encroached on their turf. RIP Keith and Greg! Godspeed to Carl!

He and Emerson drove away to the hotel, because of riots and Palmer was still fucking the drums so they could hear him several miles away welcoming them to join him on stage. Not sure, maybe it was in the other concert on the same Japan tour, but looks like this one.

Just a quick story from when I was a pup...In art class in high school we were allowed to listen to music,in 1974 THAT was a real treat,I painted and made pottery to 3 albums.....Tarkus by ELP,Shootout at The Fantasy Factory by Traffic, and One Fine Morning by Lighthouse, these groups not significant to others carved a niche in my soul that still remains. If I am lucky enough to see Wednesday I will be 64 years old, and this music now brings tears to my eyes.Man is youth wasted on the young,I get it now........ Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" と歌ったのを覚えています。
Irreplaceable Rock Band. RIP Greg and Keith. Your music is everlasting.
I love the soft focus of the rain. It's like looking back through time.
