How much water did you use for your one and a half cups of rice?
Most rice use portion of 1 cup of rice: 2 cups of water. It depends on the rice that you are using.1 and half will need 3 cups of water
It's nice I would like to see other videos
Thanks for the steps...
Thank you for this, i wanna try
Wow,, perfect ,,,, this is wat ama going to cook now😋😋
😂😂 I don't know it's hard to meditate the recipe, I keep on referring from the video anytime I cook pilau.😅
what a good recipe
I really wanted to make pilau,so I googled and ua page popped,I must say i appreciate every step🙌❤️new subscriber
It's only a question is it a must you use tomatoes
Yes it's a key ingredient
I produced a similar result. How should one avoid some burning?
Awesome. Maintain low heat keep on checking your rice using a fork. Put a fork in the sufuria and touch the bottom with it. If you feel that rice is sticking at the bottom, you better put off the heat. Another method is just to monitor the water levels. When you don't hear that boiling sound of water, check on the rice and remove it from the heat. Hope this helps, no one wants burnt good right 😊
I love the video,, definately will do it. What's the ratio of rice to water?
Normal ratio of 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. If you are using Daawat the blue pack, its 1 cup of rice to 2 and quarter cups of water.
I tried this and it worked 🙏
Wooooow this is so woooow
So am supposed to wash the rice some minutes before starting cooking

What I don't understand is the amount of water to use....for that rice kindly update
It depends with the type of rice that you are using. The normal ratio of rice is 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water but for this particular rice (Dawaat the blue label) the ratio is 1 cup of rice to 2 and quarter cups of water. In this video I used 2 cups of rice and 4 and quarter cups of water.
An new here but it's amazing for sure the pilau is yummy and Good be blessed .

It depends with the amount of rice and preference. If you want it too spicy then put enough spoons until water is dark brown.
