I can’t help but feel like ( spirit per second) and ( cataclysm cooldown reduction) are vastly more important than just ‘cooldown reduction’’. The barrier and fortify have been the only thing keeping me alive while I’m stuck waiting for mana via attacking enemies since I’ve switched to this build. Also the ( harliquin crest ) vs the ( vasily’s prayer ) even with its aspect is barely noticeable if not the quin helm feels even better with its massive damage reduction and cooldown reduction. Also the ( skin walker aspect ) on either the pants or chest piece if you don’t want to use tibults will or the fury chest piece visa versa is really good since you are infinitely healing or gaining fortify.
You shouldn’t be waiting. Poison creeper does a ton of damage and is easy to use consistently when cata isn’t up. Once you get the cooldown reduction on totem and temper you shouldn’t have an issue with cata uptime. Calm before the Storm boon procs quite often. Maybe focus more on casting Landslide and less poison creeper when Cata is active. I was able to clear T7 Horde with just base gear.
Almost all I do is spam landslide and use creep when I can’t landslide I’m also still needing to do some more masterworking and looking for a couple better pieces of gear with GA’s after the switch I’m pretty well decked out lvl 100 but I was previously playing a different build so things are a little scattered right now but initially it feels manageable but spirit has been a little more cumbersome than my cooldown reductions. I just feel like if you can keep up cat more often and for longer durations then the issue is completely gone.
Once you optimize your gear and masterwork everything should be good. Until then you could always run an umbral aspect on the ring to keep your spirit up consistently
I just assembled something like this and got the starless sky and mjolnic ring, pretty much have any combo of uniques, debating switching to this version with cataclysm to see how it performs in comparison to petrify version I'm running right now. Very fun and very ASMR build
@@NikoWrex So far the hardest thing for me about switching is the loss of mobility from ghostwalker + dash boots, but I think that this could be fixed with better tempers/masterworks
That usually solves everything. At the end of the day if you don’t plan on pushing Pit like crazy you can sacrifice the dps and still clear T8 IH without any problems.
@@NikoWrex Went with your Landside.. amazing... You think a pure human build would work in Softcore? if so you think harley, earthbringer, and starless?
I plan on making one in the future. It looks competitive if not better on damage. However, it would require a lot more investment in survivability. I probably wouldn’t play it in HC.
Interesting that you chose Might for a pants aspect. I, and several other LS players I've seen, use Skinwalker because it's absurdly broken and OP in a good way. You get enough innate DR through your gear and MW'ing at a certain point, so passing up what amounts to a 20% max life heal(or fortify if at full health) every 3 to 5 seconds doesn't make sense to me. You can basically just facetank anything that doesn't 1 shot you with it on.

Thank you for the great build guide
Absolutely! Thank you!
Looking at your Poisonclaw and Stormclaw which do you think would be able to push higher lvl pits better in softcore?
Poisonclaw by a lot. The planner is a rough draft of the build. I need to test some stuff out when I get Andy.
@@NikoWrex Went with your Landside.. amazing... You think a pure human build would work in Softcore? if so you think harley, earthbringer, and starless?
It would absolutely work. Those are key items for that version

Your choice. You just have one less aspect slot.
