Best korean beauty makeover I’ve seen! Always struggled finding the right balance between western and asian (most preferably korean & japanese) makeup styles for thar “best version of myself” look but this video definitely gave a lot of tips. Enhancing the right areas with just tge right amount. Thanks so much for this, Tina! You look gorgeous
Totally Agree! The makeup and hair actually look like what I would expect. Often times people end up with too much make up but this was subtle and precise. The S-hair trick with the straightener is genius
at times i feel like korean makeup can be too minimal especially for special occasions /for me personally./ but then when it comes to everyday makeup, the korean makeup style is soooo good. like everything is so precise and the amount of product they use is only the minimum or only the amount you really need to cover or enhance what you want so everything still looks light and natural and perfect for the everyday or no makeup makeup look.
@@cutiehoneyb i've been a kpop/kdrama fan for a long time so i've seen a lot of looks. haha sometimes even kpop stage makeup can be light too imo. i know this is a video about k-drama makeup specifically but i was just talking about my opinion on the k-beauty makeup style in general. personally, my makeup style isn't on the heavier side or like kind of western where they tend to use more product, stuff that's more pigmented, etc, but i still think that for me, korean makeup tends to be on the more minimal and lighter side even with looks that they do for events, stages, red carpets and stuff like that (of course there are exceptions but the majority i see is like that.)
There are a lot of Korean makeup styles. This is just one of them - the most basic natural look. There are other styles that make u look like a Kpop star and it's super glammy.
It's genuinely crazy how much it looks like you're about to pop out of a kdrama screen ~ such subtle details of makeup and hair don't seem like much but when it's put together you get The Look
I love this video so much. Ive always struggled with makeup products like concealer because I always felt like the way westerners do it is so hard like I can never blend it out and it always looks creasy or cakey. But seeing her do it in super thin layers with a brush is so helpful. There are so many great techniques here if you love a more natural look (which I do).
wooow amaziiiing. seeing how it look so simple, light make up and those details on your hair. It proves that what you really need is "the technique". You definitely got the kdrama actress look 😮 I'm impressed. you're already pretty but imagine this being a trend, not a kpop idol transformation but way better, a kdrama actress look 🤯
The ultimate no makeup makeup look! I will say, when she asked if she could cut your “baby hairs” I almost had a heart attack! I was like NO!! Step away from the scissors! Especially after your post partum hair loss/growth sitch and your last hair video with all the growth you’ve gotten! I almost couldn’t look 😆 But she did a great job!
OMG Tina this was such a good makeover! I loved all the tips that the artists shared! DAIN literally was painting your face like a masterpiece. She’s right though, your face as a canvas is so easy to work with! The hair volumising tricks are so cool too, too bad my hair is so short now hahaha. Loving the Korean content, keep em coming!
It's really fascinating to see Tina continue to try and learn more about make up even though she's a MUA herself. That's why I thoroughly enjoy her contents because she is truly passionate for beauty and lifestyle as well. Love you, Tina!💖
You look stunning! I didn’t think natural was going to be so exciting. Your hair is the prettiest I’ve ever seen on you and I’ve been watching for 7 years!
I dont know how it works in the US but all over Europe you also pick the wardrobe first and then go to hair and makeup. That's mainly because clothes change and "the look" (hair and makeup) are pretty much the same for nearly all of the scenes for specific character. When the viewer gets "used to" a certain look of a character and all of the sudden he/she looks different (especially with makeup) it suggests that "something is going to happen". I dont know if i explained it clearly, but most of the times when we design a character he/she has a specific clothing style, one or two hairstyles (for example messy bun while at home and loose hair for going out) and the same makeup. That's also making makeup artists job easier when you're shooting like 10 different scenes from many different episodes on the same day. Actors can change clothes easily but try to put makeup on and off 10 times a day for 3 months. No one's skin is going to survive that 😅
You look absolutely gorgeous and younger, not that you are old or anything. I love the trick she did with the mascara. My eyelashes are stick straight and do not curl for long. I need to try that trick.
I have loved Korean drama, horror, and romance, since I watched a series years ago called The Secret. This was lovely mostly because it enhances your natural beauty 💛
LOVE this! I am not yet into K drama, but obsessed with K Beauty! I had to smile as some of the makeup is what I already use. The Clio mascara and the TonyMoly gel liner. (I swear by the brand for my skincare!)
Thanks Tina! I just want to mention that is funny that Make Up Artists use lipstick 💄 and a brush to apply on lips going back and forth with brush from lips 👄 to lipstick… It don’t seem to be most hygienic lol
Actually so so pretty. I love their techniques and just how soft they are on the face. It's pretty affordable as well to get hair and makeup done there in comparison, I found. Thanks for sharing !!
OMG this is amazingggg!~ Its so pretty and natural and it's like a best version of myself look. I so damn would want try this makeup look tutorial out but I'm sure I'd not be able to do it well :( But you looked amazingggg!
This was such a fun video! Thank you for including the products! I've been looking for a good liner for my water line and I'm excited to try this one out! You looked amazing! Such a subtle change but it looked so nice 😊
I've been using The Saem concealers for like 10 years now. They're so, so good. The color is just so much better than what they make in my country, and the texture is like professional brands. (The pot concealer I mean, the one they have in the video is more like a nars radiant creamy alternative.) So good. I tried tons of others, including high end and pro brands. Only the pro brands can compete, but those are hard to buy in small quantities that don't spoil before I use them up
Tina, you actually look very similar to this Korean actress Seo Hyunjin- especially with that hair style! She played the main actress on the show Beauty Inside.
You look great and I love the hair! I saw someone online using a butterknife for the foundation application and it worked really well, I might have to try it out lol.
At first, I thought the makeup was subtle bordering on meh (although i don‘t question the logic of it; it‘s better not to be distracted by obvious makeup when watching an actor, after all) but when you put on that dark green dress--WOW! I guess personal color analysis really does work.
Love these makeovers kind of videos. It's satisfying and full of beauty insight. It's entertaining yet very informative. Anw that k-actress look suits you best!
I don't have this skin type, this face shape, this skin color, this hair texture and I STILL watched this cause it was fun. It's so subtle but yeah, it's like the best everyday version of yourself.
Ladies in Philippines now adays love this kind of makeup ❤❤❤ I watched this video from start to ends ❤I love it and had idea for Korean makeup look❤️ so lite but beautiful and fresh to look.
How to look natural and enhancing ur beauty .its really an art .so simple yet amazing. The western make up is far from different but I love the play of exaggerated colors.
I love k dramas. I love the make up, the classic clothes, the shoes and bags . Just beautiful. By the way yoyr absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤
Make-up is absolutely beautiful 😍 But the hear style...it is another level! It really makes you look like a Korean girl ❤ It is really looks like your facial features changed 😮 Gorgeous!
What K-drama are you currently watching? I'm watching "The Glory" on Netflix and omg, it's so good!
buisness proposal lol
True Beauty 😆
The glory s2 is everything.
Yes! Just finished watching The Glory! So good! Love your Korean makeover xx
I’m watching “big mouth” and bro it’s good

You should check out Jungsaemmool makeup. She's literally the Korean makeup wizard
@Don't Read My Profile Photo ok

Exactly!! Agree so much. This is going into my reference videos list.
.@@suhadip
its crazy how natural and good it looks
You only have to do a ton of plastic surgery interventions to look like a kid and then accentuate with little makeup…😂

yh i will definitely try this look for a everyday look but not a special occasion.
Especially K-drama makeup is more natural. If you want something more glamorous, K-pop makeup look can be the right one for you :)

@@munazaahmad6389 This artist used 18 products on the model. 18 is too many for everyday.
Oh wow…. It really just accentuates your natural features and beauty. It sucks how meticulous one has to be to do this type of makeup hahaha
it's the hair that really did it for me!! Please recreate k-drama outfits next!
It's genuinely crazy how much it looks like you're about to pop out of a kdrama screen ~ such subtle details of makeup and hair don't seem like much but when it's put together you get The Look
Beautiful!!! The crazy thing is that neither of them used a crazy amount of products!! Everything looks so natural! Less is more 👏🏼👏🏼
there is so much care given to creating such a natural and simple look. It's really beautiful (:
I totally agree!

I absolutely love this look. So natural and charming ☺️
Tina skin was already amazing ✨✨✨
Her techniques are out of this world 🛸🛸🛸🛸

Wow that hair looks gorgeous on you. Perfect amount of volume, you look like a Korean celebrity!
OMG TINA you absolutely look like a kdrama celeb!!! Loveeeee the look you look so gorgeous❤
It's amazing how subtle the makeup is, yet how much of a difference it makes to your look!

This really enhancent your natural beauty. Wow and it still looks so natural. Love what this mua did!
It's really fascinating to see Tina continue to try and learn more about make up even though she's a MUA herself. That's why I thoroughly enjoy her contents because she is truly passionate for beauty and lifestyle as well. Love you, Tina!💖
I love the haruharu toner soooooo much!
Wow Tina you do look like a kdrama actress 😅
Love the matte + shimmer. It really makes your skin pop. The subtle makeup around your eyes is beautiful. ❤
You look stunning! I didn’t think natural was going to be so exciting. Your hair is the prettiest I’ve ever seen on you and I’ve been watching for 7 years!
Absolutely gorgeous! It doesn't completely change your face shape and accentuates your natural beauty!
I love tina's videos because they are so informative, im planning to move to korea this year!
I hope you have fun moving to Korea!! I’d love for you to update this comment to say anything that stood out as cool there… if you want

Wow! They both did a great job! You look so youthful and cute! No wonder all the celebrities in Korea look so young!
👍👍❤️❤️
Loving your makeover videos.
Wow. Everything is so minimal but yet so impactful! I forgot how real MUAs work.
You look SO SO pretty in this makeup and hair. Really the best version of no makeup makeup I've ever seen.
Amazing look! Natural and fresh!
You look absolutely gorgeous and younger, not that you are old or anything. I love the trick she did with the mascara. My eyelashes are stick straight and do not curl for long. I need to try that trick.
