- Differential diagnosis of brain lesions: Posterior Fossa and Cerebellopontine angle cistern. The three most common lesions are: Vestibular Schwannoma; Meningioma; and, Epidermoid Inclusion Cyst. Do you know if Posterior Fossa Cystic Space is the same as having a "brain cyst" and would this be considered Hydrocephalus?

Did you have Endometriosis as of recent ¿ I know this was 4 years ago...but this is why I am here..I am getting lesions due to side effects after my hysterectomy and 20 years of Endometriosis. Brutal migraines and lesions and something going on inside. Personality all over the board
