I have found seated Tabata HIIT classes that I love! I do them during the last hour of work while sitting at my desk (I work from home). I have a bad knee so the seated HIIT is great....And I have found I can burn 300-500 calories during a 50 minute session...I alternate those with 2 days of weights (30ish minutes). It is fun and easy, and I just feel better overall after getting some activity in.
