    Lemon Balm is amazing for PMS symptoms! Another one that is a massive help is calcium and magnesium!!! It will seriously help control anxiety or depression that is flared by the menstrual cycle. I have also heard decaf green tea is very helpful but warning on that one it can make you feel sleepy.

    Very good info, but you don’t know my own anxiety problems that’s it’s really complicated if I just take; keeping to take weird herbs, with fully aware about my current medications which it’s help me to feeling more stable than just to jump to this methods. I always love your videos but I won’t always agree with you 100% because I may prove you’re wrong. Being wrong is tough; I don’t know what’s herbal for being wrong to help others, ahhhhh, I’m not licensed, but you’re licensed so you must be prefect to help anyone than me.
