@@karolkowalewski4711 Poisonblack's first album actually JP was the vocalist, Ville was the guitarist on the first album, then after that Ville did both :)
JP has such a beautiful tone to his voice. He and Ville Valo need to start a project. But then again that would be too much vocal talent in one band that it wouldn't be fair to others. 😋😂 Not taking away from the amazing musicians doing this stunning music though. 😍
This new album is really amazing, I am Brazilian and I do not understand the meaning of language, they still do not have all the lyrics available, yet magically feel calm when I hear songs from Harmaja.Great band, beautiful melodies.
JP's voice sounds different when he sings in Finnish. I like that change very much, because, although I don't understand anything, I can feel what JP sings. It's like this certain pinch of salt the song gets to sound great.
+Astra Sunshine To me sounds rather similar to what he used to do in the slower/mellower stuff in later Charon. And of course Harmaja lacks the more ripping parts :)
it's so sad that they don't make any song on english, like the end of charon wasn't sad enough,i'll never get over that i never saw charon live and now i can't,my favorite, the one and only band i'd kill to see on concert... anyhow,as i was searching for harmaja's songs on english,i found none but i found this translation for katkera maa

bitter march..........what the hell I like it, if the title is so interresting, I even can"t imagine how beautiful are lyrics. Thanks for information:-))))))))))))))
If Harmaja were bad, I would miss Charon so much. But actually I don't, each band has its time on Earth. Harmaja is really amazing and I can keep listening to Leppäluoto's voice.
It's not about who's better, it's about nationality. He's not indulged to play entirely american music, although he does it great. As i hear, in his own language too. Be openminded, then be critical.
As someone learning Finnish I just wanna say, buckle up buttercup because the ride is wild af. Finnish grammar is crazy as hell, there is a very big difference between written and if you're a native english speaker like me, you'll have difficulties with thr ä and ö and rolling your r's. But if you are serious about learning, here is a list of books that can help you: Oma Suomea 1 A book of Finnish Grammar by Leila White Suomen Mestari 1 Listed in order of how amazing they are. Good luck on your journey!!!
@RaduTomy *not only going to see. I have a broken keyboard and dodgy internet connection. My apologies. It really should read 'not only going to see your band fandom...'
Toivotaan ainakin.
Blimey - whereever they are, it looks cooooold where they recorded this (Brrrrrr - those wooly helmets and that breath mist). Also - can I see a young Vladimir Putin in the line up ...? Well he's ex K G B anyway, These guys are no woosers ...
Finnish group. So yeah, cold as hell. XD The lead fella there fronted a band called Charon for close to ten years then pulled vocal duty on the first album by Poisonblack (a band he otherwise had no part of, sadly).
@RaduTomy my comment within 24hrs does cast serious aspersions on whatever else you might claim to have achieved in your life. Now, you might not have heard of artistic freedom but it''s a big deal. Charon ended because they didn't want to do it any more. Simple. Would you force them to do something they had stopped enjoying/lot interest / had vitriolic disagreements about? All artists change and most hate to stagnate, and forcing them to do something they don't want to again and again is not
+I-BLANDON-I Charon disbanded in 2011. As far as I know, no one left the bad per se, maybe just outgrew it? Besides, almost all the former Charon guys had/have other projects as well. EDIT: Hmm, actually now I remember that Pasi (guitar) left the band in 2010, so I guess that might have been the eventual reason for disbanding.
JP has a beautiful voice
Indeed.

JP's voice has this amazing smoothness; it's such an endearing quality.
Whether it's Poisonblack, Charon, or Harmaja, JP is one of the greatest singers on the planet.
the singer of Poisonblack was Ville Laihalla (ex Sentenced) not JP. Anyhow... JP is the great vocalist - I agree
@@karolkowalewski4711 Poisonblack's first album actually JP was the vocalist, Ville was the guitarist on the first album, then after that Ville did both :)
I don't understand a freaking word but who freaking cares???? JP I bow to your talent!
ahh that is exactly what i feel.
Exactly. I can listen to him sing without understanding a freaking word all freaking day

If JP and Ville were even in the same picture, it would make our day. Our week even :)
Beautiful song... And for JP, no matter the language he sings in, I still wanna be his mic.

perfection.....even though i dnt understand Finish..... but sooooo love him.... no matter what he sings
I´m brazilian and I feel exactly the same, don´t know why but I feel this beautiful calmness when i hear their songs;

If the lyrics were in Finnish, Charon - Air wouldn't be at all out of place on a Harmaja album.
Estou completamente viciada nessa música!!! Esse homi canta muitoooo meu DEUS!!!!!!
You're absolutely right. Two really unappreciated bands that deserve more recognition, but hey, doesn't stop them from making amazing music =)
Who in 2022?
Love how calm it is
Rakastan.
I miss them so much....
Harmaja on paras.
I agree with both of You. It's just still painfull that Charon is no more ;( Wounds are still fresh..
it's so sad that they don't make any song on english, like the end of charon wasn't sad enough,i'll never get over that i never saw charon live and now i can't,my favorite, the one and only band i'd kill to see on concert...

great song. i prefer charon but respect his choice.
William Tauber Totally agree.
Charon is fantastic but this guys got one of the best voices in music, I think.. Ill listen to anything he does lol

totally different kind of music cannot compare them.
onpa muuten perkulen kaunis kappale.

Love this❤

Con Poisonblack se luce realmente su voz...
Hail from brazil bro! I share this feeling!
Tää on kyllä mahtava!!
If Harmaja were bad, I would miss Charon so much. But actually I don't, each band has its time on Earth. Harmaja is really amazing and I can keep listening to Leppäluoto's voice.
Who in 2020?
JP cutted his hair omg! :( I loved it long.
Anyways, good song, but I liked Charon way more.
Tää aivan mahtavaa musaa :)

you can buy it on itunes
The sound is good, but I do not understand Finnish. Maybe you could play some in English! :-) Congrats!
+TheToxineedle There is not only English in the world, dude. Finnish is way more interesting than English.

YEAHHHH
What parentage "JP" have with Ville Laihiala?
eh i know xD! but unless they start to do charon's music again we have to enjoy this new style that is still good in my opinion :D
charoooooooooon!

Wtf is this shit? so he left Charon and Poisonblack for this? not hating just really disappointed.....
Yeah that face says happy alright...

I know it was disbanded but I really like their tunes and miss new content. Healso lead vocals in the first Poisonblack which I really like.
Charon were much better..........
