The $325M term sheet financing isn’t a final agreement. SBC Commerce LLC is a broker, not the counter party actually providing the $325M. The Australian license agreement with SACL doesn’t identify the actual owner of the three refineries. How were you able to get comfortable with the term sheet financing (yes it is real) and plans to build three refineries in Australia without knowing who is on the other side of these agreements?
I have a similar cost basis as you, but my biggest concern is that this management has a track record of empty or illusory promises. I'm optimistic that the SACL deal illustrates the size of opportunity and clears up investor confusion around the nature of this company.
First, thank you very much for doing this. Thanks Corrado for doing it too. Just some feedback, when you talk about how many shares you bought and at what price, it makes me want to click off the video.
Who is planning to buy the biofuel (SAF). SAF costs twice as much as jet fuel right? Truly asking… not a smart-Alec question I did hear the CEO mention that with scale it would be possible to bring the price down to a petroleum equivalent, but possibly I didn’t quite understand about the government incentive to buy the bio fuel
I think the beauty of their system is, like you said, that they can (at scale) create fuels at the petroleum equivalent, so they do not need government incentives. Where government incentives exist, pricing is more lucrative. SAF is i's own high-priced beast.
Do you mean a buyout? They don't hold enough shares to make that happen, it would be a vote of shareholders, and I personally would need a hefty premium to part with my shares.

That's fair, but I believe people need to know the price I paid and the size of my bias. I could transition to percent of portfolio.

Would you please explain if they have to do a R/S to be above the required $1 to remain listed on the NYSE American exchange? Thanks
I'd love to see someone address the risk of insiders taking this company under. Not sure what benefit it is to the insiders to keep this public.

Me too...still adding when I can. This is a UNICORN right here 🦄
