I am excited for Medicenna, and the science they have developed. The market is dominated by meme stocks some of which have super high valuations, and people are chasing quik returns. Biotech investments often require longer time frame thinking which is sadly lacking. I feel Medicenna should focus on getting FDA approval and not be distracted by the naysayers A big fan!

I pray this helps many people. My father my Rock Mentor my world passed from pancreatic cancer. How one call changed my life. Also my family and his friends…Dad called said he was at doctor had tests and he had 3 months to live. He was in so much pain and was such a trooper. I wish he could have tried this and had a chance. Who is planning to buy the biofuel (SAF). SAF costs twice as much as jet fuel right? Truly asking… not a smart-Alec question I did hear the CEO mention that with scale it would be possible to bring the price down to a petroleum equivalent, but possibly I didn’t quite understand about the government incentive to buy the bio fuel

I have a similar cost basis as you, but my biggest concern is that this management has a track record of empty or illusory promises. I'm optimistic that the SACL deal illustrates the size of opportunity and clears up investor confusion around the nature of this company.

The $325M term sheet financing isn’t a final agreement. SBC Commerce LLC is a broker, not the counter party actually providing the $325M. The Australian license agreement with SACL doesn’t identify the actual owner of the three refineries. How were you able to get comfortable with the term sheet financing (yes it is real) and plans to build three refineries in Australia without knowing who is on the other side of these agreements?

I'd love to see someone address the risk of insiders taking this company under. Not sure what benefit it is to the insiders to keep this public.

We both have been in this a long time… They seem to have a good process. But they seem to be dragging their feet.

Once Sorel-Tracy comes on line and the numbers prove out, i believe that major users might want their own plants on site to reduce costs. Then I believe there will be a demand for project development and facility management services which Charbone will be in a position to supply. Customer owns and finances and Charbone has a revenue stream.

I bought a small amount at the end of March. I liked the potential technology. I'm glad they are getting more financing to promote the technology.
