health and omnivamp are bad stats on kayn. The active is strong sure, but it is not that much better than eclipse passive. The main problem with goredrinker is that you have no kill potential with it. Killing takes too much time. Eclipse changes made it even better for red kayn. no omni vamp anymore less cd on passive and now featuring cooldown redcution.
