Wonderful review, Steven. I’ll look into this one. The famed original from Roja has always been a myth to me, mainly because I’ve never heard of anyone who’s actually smelled it. I’m glad you have!

I have a full bottle of PR No. 4 I purchased right from Roja in London and can tell you it was $600 USD shipped with shipping costing $50. The scent is unbelievably good and my favorite Roja just necking our Enigma Parfum version. Nothing I have ever come across smells like No. 4. The Oud is upfront center but not decal like Al-Khatt. It was worth every penny. I have to try this clone to see how close it actually is. I have labeled No. 4 as a pure flamboyant Payboy scent that is VIP from top to bottom. A banana custard vibe is what makes this so different and oh so sexy, alluring and exotic. Olfactory colors of red, orange and pink. It’s warm, sensual and romantic/suggestive. LOVE it 😍

Letsgetmoney2015 Awesome bro! I hope you get to know it from many wears and love it as I have. Nothing smells like it. Super rare as I was told only 20-30 bottles ever made unless it was rereleased or rebadged under a new name. Congrats on a legit crown jewel piece!

I recently acquired a bottle of this. This is challenging! The first challenging perfume I think I've ever had. My immediate thought was to resell it, but I couldn't get the dry down out of my mind. The opening was quite off putting. Definitely that indolic Jasmine coming out in the opening. But the dry down was amazing! I can't part with this. I will work at trying to get used to the opening. LOL.
I've been going nuts with DUA recently. Last night, I ordered the new Invasion of the Barbers, Supernova, Desert Reflection, Casino Royale and Fortune. This one looks interesting, too! Thanks for the review.

Try Dua Wicked! Its a clone of Roja Scandal. Its like 98% on point with the original, and has great sillage and performance. The only fragrances from Dua i don't like, are their Creed Aventus dupes. I bought Dua's 13zz, their clone of Creed Aventus 13z01 or something. Please don't buy dua 13zz, total garbage.
Supernova is such a light and even delicate fragrance that it doesn’t surprise me something else that’s Boulder could overwhelm it. It’s a very fresh, inoffensive sort of smell that makes you smell just like you just got out of the shower. Reminds me of an orange dreamsicle. Not hard to overwhelm. It happens I just bought my first bottle of supernova and it arrived this morning. I got the special edition. Anyway, I have been wearing it all day and I’m extremely pleased with its light delicate nature. Absolutely perfect for summer in Texas.

I've always been intrigued by why floral niche scents tend to be so expensive, even though I believe that the general buyer would prefer a mainstream designer fragrance that can easily get more compliments. Moreover, I find it really difficult to wear a floral as a man, your thoughts?

You should do a review of Duas casino royale, it's the clone of baccarat rouge 540, it is pretty incredible and almost identical to the original.

Hi Steve😅✌ help me my friend, give me an advise, a guy is selling a bottle of La Nuit de L, homme, it seems to be a 2011 version for the Batch 62HN but the thing is that the batch is written up side down, I mean against the other text, and I don't know if it is a fake, I was looking in the internet for images for the bottom of the 200ml bottle but I got no one it cost 100 dls, thanks for your advise.

Steven I don’t mean to get off track just need your knowledge to help me.. I have just acquired this fragrance and my research tends to move more towards feminine..Now question: what would you if at all layer this with for a touch manly ? Any suggestions. Thank you
That's a great question. I am not that big into layering, but I would imagine layering it with something really woodsy and resinous. Some fragrances that come to mind are Creed Aventus, Mister Marvelous by Byredo, Juniper Sling by Penhaligon's, Gin and Tonic by Art de Parfum, etc. Thanks for watching!

Love the channel man, any chance you could do a video on the supposed reformulation of JPG Ultra Male? From what I've seen the only place you buy it for retail (which I prefer so I know Im getting the legit fragrance) is Macys, I bought it from the website and the scent was great however It doesn't appear to be strong what so ever which was what this fragrance was known for according to all of the videos I watched on it, I seen a few others say the same thing that bought it in 2018. Keep up the great content.

Just received my bottle this week and it smells like Liz Taylor's White Diamonds. Disappointed to say the least. Need to gift it to someone's grandmother.

It's definitely the very indolic jasmine that is shared between the two and to be fair, you discussed that accord in your video. If I never smelled WD on my grandmother growing up I never would have made the association. Still a great video and appreciate all of your uploads.

I love when you suit up. Great review. I don't buy clone any thing particularly if the original is within my financial grasp. But a $1000!?!? Nope. So I will be purchasing this DUA frag. P.S. I do purchase Dollar Tree clones to use as air freshener.

Ok...I gotta get this!...Hey Steven I just I got the DUA clone for Kilian Apple Brandy....It's #$&& close...Try it you'll like it!!!...FYI I JUST ordered Forbidden no 4.....good or bad....how is it for a marina?....ie aquatic/summer time?.....Either way ordered it anyway..ie fall/winter scent?....The moral of the story DUA "inspired scents" are awesome!
UPDATE: I just got my Forbidden no 4 and it is awesome!.....Very unique!.....Very strong..2-4 sprays max..2 seems to be the best....OK I'm 57 years old so I agree it is more "mature"......regal maybe too...If you want something that is unique (ie not the 99+% citrus fragrances) get this! .This might be my favorite DUA EVER!....Thanks Steven!

This fragrance on Dua web site is 65 dollars without shipping for one ounce??? These people are out of their tree!!!
Well they usually have a discount. And on top of that, they're trying to make clones of high end fragrances with high end ingredients, which cost money. Obviously you can find clones at the dollar store, so if cost is your primary concern you could get them there. But if quality is your primary concern you have to pay for it. Also their concentration is higher so you use less.

Scent is subjective, but I consider this a very nice fragrance.

You have to be a cologne enthusiast to wear forbidden 4. It smells like an old ladies perfume wasn’t worth it for me. I gave it a second try just didn’t work for me. this smell is classy. But truly isn’t worth the buy.
