Back and Biceps Workout | Dumbbells Only | At Home/Gym

  • Welcome to Week 8 of the 8 WEEK HOME WORKOUT CHALLENGE!
    Let's get stronger, fitter & healthier together!
    This week we are doing complete Body Part Split Training - that can be done at home or at the gym!
    Week 8 Day 4 - Let's smash it!
    In today's workout - we are targeting our Back, Biceps and Rear Delts - also called our Pull muscles.
    We'll start with a Warm up Circuit which needs to be repeated twice.
    Then we move on to the main workout wherein we'll do each exercise for 2 to 3 sets - really focussing on the mind muscle connection in every single rep.
    This workout will also help in targeting co-ordination, core stability and overall strength of your core and upper body.
    Note:
    *Please ensure you are engaging your core and keeping it tight
    *Focus on Mind muscle connection
    *Please make sure you focus on the form as best you can... even if that means doing lower number of reps.
