Starting my Fitness Journey again | Taking my "Before" photos
Hi All,
I never thought I'd be so open to sharing this online but here I am. Sharing the beginning of a new weight loss journey with you after 15 months of lockdown and a foot fracture. I will also be taking the before pictures for accountability.
While I am incredibly grateful for all that my body does including keeping me alive in a global pandemic - I just know that I do not feel my best at the moment. This is the heaviest and most unfit I have been in my entire life and this to me is the start of a new chapter in my life.

What weight of dumbbells can be used I am a beginner and have 2kg dumbbells, will that suffice.
Yes absolutely! Focus on controlling the movement, if you feel your weights are light - you can add resistance bands too.

can u tell me what are the best running tracking apps? strava /Nike/pacer/Adidas..? currently, 'm using all of them for a month and then ill decide which one to keep but for now,i want an extra opinion ? thnx
Hey, I am not much into running now - but when I did run a lot - I usually used Polar app along with my Polar smart watch. Nike & garmin app are really great too! 😊
