There was no song “Night of theJohnstown Flood” until some years after Bruce recorded this one then the Rock Creek Jug Band was inspired to their song- “Night of the Johnstown Flood.” Johnny Cash even covered this to great success.

I mean for fooks sake the songs narrative/context is a brother singing about his brother not a husband and wife and a band playing and singing about him . Pahleeeze. 🤦🏻♂️
