The burn effect that (op) chips aways the health of opponent, is that passive/part of a skill or item effect?
It's a buff from the red beast monster in jungle (gorilla). Slows on first hit and has DOT (burn) effect.

In Onmyoji Arena, can you try Kosodenote top lane against tank top lane? I try it myself and fairly successful.
Looks good early game but kinda lame late game.
After looking the top 10 recommended build. I notice that, aside from the boots, they literally play zero defenses. This is important because of her playstyle, it's not like you're a one-shot ninja like Itsumade or anything, you are actually plays more like a Samurai that can stay in teamfight for quite a while.

This hero cant kill marksman, she will die before she get close to the marksman. Noob developer
Depends on how you use her. Im a Captain Marvel main, and usually I find it easy to take down enemy marksman. I just avoid the main clash, then sneak up behind and kill them.
You should focus farming first. And enter the team fight, when the enemies uses all their skill and CC. Avoid fighting enemies when there's no appropriate chance.
