  • This is a city, SO many campsites. You will know (see) your neighbors. Sites aren't uncomfortably close, but in the back, everyone knows your business. Let's just say you need to wear clothes outside. LOL If I wanted to sit outside my camper on the side, I am eye to eye with 2 other sites at their campfires. The Atlantic beach is a 1/4 mile away at most to the north. Just down the street and 800' to the south side is the Merrimack River, no swimming here.
MA Residents pay $35 a night, non-residents get a substantial penalty. For the money, not worth it at all for non-residents. Pay less elsewhere and just drive to the beach. I think they charge more intentionally to discourage non-residents.
It was mayhem on 95 and 495. But get in the middle lane, drive 65 and to heck with those around you when towing your camper. The right lane is for speeders, the left lane is for speeders. Just stay in the middle lane like the truckers do and listen to your GPS instructions on what lane to be in 1 mile down the road before your turn.
The Minute Man National Historic Park can be an all day thing. It was very nice this time of year, October. Nice walkways and hikers are everywhere! Start at either end, but do your research ahead of time. We started at the east side Visitor Center, watched the GREAT video to start. SUPER video of the site. I highly recommend this one!
    Salisbury Beach State Reservation
    Beach Rd, Salisbury, MA 01952
    978-462-4481
Non-residents $83/night. Water & Elec. Dump going out.
    GPS entrance:
    Minute Man National Historical Park
    Visitor Center east
    210 N Great Rd, Lincoln, MA 01773
    North Bridge Visitor Center west
174 Liberty St, Concord, MA 01742
Verizon/Visible: 1-3 bars (best at night, early morning)
I could stream YT videos with no interruptions.
Go do it Garland Style folks.

I agree about traffic. I have to drive thru Los Angeles on I5 or 15 to get north to camp anywhere north like Sierras where my favorites to camp are. All the time on the road I am scared of Box Trucks, Crazy Beamers and road debris cautions. It’s like those little fast cars are a swarm of bees on me. Very dangerous. I go slow and cuss a lot. 😅😊

LOL I'm in total agreement with you. I get in the lane left of the merge/exit lane and do my own thing. :)

I don't understand the electric situation. I have reservations in August. I see it's a shared post, what is it? first come first serve? Please explain.

Not first come first serve for the electrical. Its just that someone may use the 30amp outlet. Be sure you have a 50 to 30amp Dogbone connector and you'll be fine. Get one at Walmart and you should always carry that JUST in case a 30amp outlet is BAD. That has happened to me more than one time. I could have complained and whined and pressed the point, but I was prepared. Have fun, it's a gorgeous place. :)
