I'm honestly so happy that you get to have this big house, especially since your family came to the states with nothing. My parents came to the United States as immigrants, basically with nothing as well. We're still not at the level of wealth that you are, but I'm going to college to study so we can get to that level. Ani Fofo get rid of any negative marks such as late payments and collections. And make a large purchase like a car. A car will triple your credit score in no time. Small things like a phone and a couple of credit cards will not make as near as an impact like a car.

I went to a credit union when I turned 18 and they asked me how much was I able to pay a month to build credit. I said around $100. Every month for a year I paid $100. When the year was over I went to pick up all my money. They just wanted to make sure I was responsible of paying every month and thanks to that I started building up credit. I'm 21 now and just use my credit cards and continue to pay them on time.
