This is an amazing video Electrolux team. We are loving the product (Australia) However we are finding it very hard to work with maps, setting areas and automating time based commands. any ideas?

One of the most expensive cleaners and a really dodgy company to buy from. These cleaners have an inherent charging problem (e23 error). Rather than fix the issue, they closed down the pure i9 forums and deleted all the complaint posts. Never ever buy anything from Electrolux, they are criminals.

Pure i9.2 really need a software update. It moves around like a hen without a head. It simply does not cover all places even if they are easily approachable. And the spot cleaning simply does not work.

I own this device. It cleans well but there are many aspects we are having a hard time figuring out. Why can’t you put out a proper guide/video? Especially for mapping. Zone cleaning is impossible to figure out. Mapping graphics don’t make sense at all. Smart mapping for some reason, not functioning either. I mean there was a point early on where it seemed like it was getting smarter but it is no more. Not sure what happened really. The apartment is big and by the time device gets to living room from its charging base battery is dead which is ok but then when it re-starts after charging it should go back to where it’s left off but instead it starts all over again. I seriously fail to understand why you have not put out a proper guide for this device. I am seriously getting pissed off considering the money I paid for it. So, I hope you can have some answers for me before I start putting out a negative review on Amazon or other social media.
I keep getting error 13 that the brush roller is stuck. Its not....how can i fix that?

Did mapping get better with updates and stuff?
@@perzhaska8077 absolutely not. It’s actually worse now. What updates are you talking about ? How do you implement the updates?
