The ego lifting ive seen with bench press is the crazies one to me . Ive seen dudes not only use half reps the worst is when they bounce it off there chest . Good video though 👍.
I really just base it on if I'm doing a dumbbell row per se, I only use weight I can control with my lats. Like obviously we have to use our arms and shi but yall know that feeling of using a specific muscle instead of just controlled lifting it idk
