- This thing sounds absolutely insane! That is the only way to describe it, I had ear plugs in and it was still loud, not sure what the passing residents would think :/

It's such an amazing and crazy bike! Going to change my MT-07 for this one next year that's for sure! Maybe even sooner, not sure I can wait that long. :D Think I have to try one out next week at the local Yamaha dealer.

Haha same! I was a bit disappointed but this one definitely reinstored my faith in the 09. I don't believe it was mapped after the exhaust

It is a decat pipe, I dunno I'm coming to the conclusion that my helmet just let's everything through, cos it sounded loud to me!

but car inline 6s and flat 6s are the worst sounding large engines lol. Bike inline 3s are more like crossplane crank V8s
