Yes, this is one of the accepted methods of doing an aerial twist. The technically correct way is to completely invert and then twist, with a straight body...however this method makes it easier to vanish and pop out of it.
The next thing I have to finish is the final installment in Best of the Best - after that I have a few ideas but haven't settled on exactly what to make. I take it you've seen the other Expressions videos?
A full is a backflip with a 360 degree twist, referring to a "full rotation." Double full is two twists, etc. Cheat is a setup for kicks, involving a one-foot sequential takeoff, the same setup for tornado kick and 540. Hyper is an overrotation to land on the opposite leg. So, if you twist counterclockwise, you normally land a full on the left leg first. But if you rotate extra and land on the right leg, that is a hyper. If you want a more detailed explanation inbox me.
I'm calling kick full as an flash full. Anyway this was the best tricking expression video so far in my opinion! Never knew the real name of full up before.
The aerial twist looks like a btwist but a bit more inverted. He even does the btwist setup, it looks nothing like an aerial twist. An aerial twist is commonly done with a sort of running webster setup and your leg whips behind you and over you body. Not in an angle.
E-TWIST? apparently: backwards traveling knee grab front/side flip ending with double twist. the rodeo is awesome too. never seen done on foot before. what's it called spinning on one hand(switching between one hand and elbow), while threading? (threading is grabbing foot with free hand, and weaving the other foot in and out). I've never seen it done before, wondering if there's a name for it tho. I can't do it while spinning around.
I could've included triple twisting double back too but there's no point since there aren't any trickers that do them (more tumbling or gymnastics). I wouldn't have included quad full if John Vanek or Michael Guthrie hadn't gotten them too.
I need a iron man/full up and a full crowd awakener tutorial. These are my dream moves and I've been training them for forever now. I just cant seem to get them.i can do a double cork and a double backflip, but for some reason these moves are impossible.
and fulldlegtwist round, wrap full dlegtwist, mcdirty, fullkyro, full shuriken twist dleg, squirrel full dleg twist ( dont know where to find the video of that one but ive seen rudy meadows do it in person and i did it at drednt off camera :/)
Yeah I've seen them too many times to count, and I know how long it must take to edit those and find the clips. But about the best of the best are you going to put juji mufu in it?
James Liu I don't really see any sideflip in there, so I'm a little confused now. PS: Aren't you supposed to land on BOTH FEET when you do a DLeg Trick?
James Liu Doesn't really seem different enough to warrant a different naming. By the way, what sets a Figure 4 Twist motion aside from just a regular twist? Is it like Peter Pan + Rodeo or something?
TheCuttingEdge202 I didn't pick these names, they're by convention. Rocketboii is traditionally done as a backflip as well. www.club540.com/trick/rocketboii Figure 4 refers to the 4-shape made by the legs. See here at 2:57 - Anis Cheurfa, Luke Broadlick, Jeremy Marinas trick battle 09
Alexander Figueroa Fulls are twists and back flipping motions, taking off with two feet. Corks and btwists are strictly one-leg takeoffs. You will notice that I included a-twists, and that's because while they're not fulls, there aren't as many variations and I didn't feel like doing an entirely separate video.
James Liu You ignored the second part of my question. Why are Webster Fulls in this video? Oh, and you should have put Aerial Twists in Butterfly Twist Variations.
I answered your entire question. I excluded front fulls "because trickers don't really use front fulls at all." Webster fulls, as you should know, are almost exclusively a tricking skill. Therefore, by that same logic, I would include them.
Well I guess he hasn't been doing crazy stuff like the other big trickers He's more of a perfectionist of the old school tricks, But that's how you avoid injury I guess lol.
thank you for preserving history this series is nostalgic, im sure it is to you too

Etwist comes from E-flip, a weird backward-traveling sideflip thing. Spinning on hand is a 1990.
Wtfffffff
is the best
Kyle McClean is awesome. And I love tricking expression videos.
The next thing I have to finish is the final installment in Best of the Best - after that I have a few ideas but haven't settled on exactly what to make. I take it you've seen the other Expressions videos?
terada grab and full terada are my favorite flips to do of all time

best tricking video
period
that double e twist though, best trick
Semi is a landing stance. As far as being a trick, I'm counting Semi, Mega, and Hyper all as variations of Hyper.
I could've included triple twisting double back too but there's no point since there aren't any trickers that do them (more tumbling or gymnastics). I wouldn't have included quad full if John Vanek or Michael Guthrie hadn't gotten them too.
0:46 WTF ?!?!?
That looks F#cking Awesome !!! :P
0:46 i think its rocketboi arabian pike half twist????
I need a iron man/full up and a full crowd awakener tutorial. These are my dream moves and I've been training them for forever now. I just cant seem to get them.i can do a double cork and a double backflip, but for some reason these moves are impossible.
how?
I am a fan of many artists.
Who do the "full x out - full inversion" in 1:30
how would you do a Filipino? just jump and do a vertical 360 twist and then front flip it?
out of cartwheel or run into it, its been done both ways
+Zach Szala yea but how would you actually do the move
Exactly the way you said 360 going up frontflip down
oh well thats something to work my way up too... lol Are you going to post any more of these? I love them all so much :D
Yeah I made a mistake while editing D:
I know. But WTTFFFFFF is what goes through my head when I see that.
and fulldlegtwist round, wrap full dlegtwist, mcdirty, fullkyro, full shuriken twist dleg, squirrel full dleg twist ( dont know where to find the video of that one but ive seen rudy meadows do it in person and i did it at drednt off camera :/)
Has anyone ever actually landed Webster Full? The clip shows the tricker ( is it Guthrie?) falling.
Wasn't planning on it...tbh even though everybody's learned from juji he isn't really comparable to the big trickers
The WTF full seems like a rocket boii mixed with a dleg.
the double E-Twist was the bet trick and also the the oned named wtfff lol
Mistake on my part. Second one is hyper double full.
That would have been a bit redundant. Prolly should have added hyperswipe though.
How does one go about learning the Filipino
It s hard !!
It’s 540 dive roll + front flip
There are like 15 people with quads...I'm not gonna put them all in.
I prefer martial arts style tricking over tumblers' style by miles but this was an awesome video nonetheless :)
D-Leg is my favourite at the moment!
In tricking, an inverted btwist is accepted as an aerial twist. Granted, it's not the best.
Yeah I've seen them too many times to count, and I know how long it must take to edit those and find the clips. But about the best of the best are you going to put juji mufu in it?
What r some simple begginer style fulls
cart full, back full, full round, full hyper
0:44 my favorite!
willian capeta got the cleanest webster full! :P
Half in Back out on grass, I cant even dub back, yet this guy can do that with a twist in it O.o
Wwoooowww the WTFFFFF MOVE kill me. LMAO
what about the full snapu double leg
What exactly is an E-Twist?
Is it like a Layout Arabian, but once you finish the motion, you half turn to face back and finish like an X-Out or what?
I think of it like a tuck half kickout to lay half, though the creators (Australians, Team E) say it has a sideflip component.
James Liu I don't really see any sideflip in there, so I'm a little confused now.
PS: Aren't you supposed to land on BOTH FEET when you do a DLeg Trick?
Sebastian Lee Side flip + gyro
lol. no phill gibbs' arm crossed full?
Aerial twist seems like an inverted B-Twist.....is it??...............because the starting position looks the same....
WTFFFFFF is Rocketboii Gyro DoubleLeg
You missed aerial twist hyper snapu by polín
the dub full x out is gyro is now dub full snapu
Whats the difference between Full RocketBoii and Full DoubleLeg?
Rocketboi is a position where you are piked like a dleg but you grab across with the opposite hand
James Liu Doesn't really seem different enough to warrant a different naming. By the way, what sets a Figure 4 Twist motion aside from just a regular twist? Is it like Peter Pan + Rodeo or something?

1:07 was a hyper double full.
fucking amazing
The Corkscrew and B-twist are considered Full?
They're not
James Liu Why not?
Alexander Figueroa
Fulls are twists and back flipping motions, taking off with two feet. Corks and btwists are strictly one-leg takeoffs. You will notice that I included a-twists, and that's because while they're not fulls, there aren't as many variations and I didn't feel like doing an entirely separate video.
Front fulls?
Think of this parallel: atwist->super pretty wushu atwist as compared to corkscrew->gainerfull
Michael Guthrie - Rocket Boy Full D-Leg
Thiago Ihan Brazukas entendendo melhor que gringos... pqp!! hahaha
hi! what is the difference between an aerial twist and a butterfly twist?
A-twist = inverted
thanks! :)
Forgot that one
Nobody has landed quint on floor, unless you can show me proof otherwise. And read the description.
Links to flippino plz
Second was a btwist no?
Is there even a name for the wtf trick xD ITS AMAZINGGGGGG
Can you explain why Front Fulls aren't in this video, but Webster Fulls are?
Because trickers don't really use front fulls at all, they're almost exclusively done in gymnastics. So I didn't feel like including them.
James Liu You ignored the second part of my question. Why are Webster Fulls in this video? Oh, and you should have put Aerial Twists in Butterfly Twist Variations.

Yes
Well I guess he hasn't been doing crazy stuff like the other big trickers He's more of a perfectionist of the old school tricks, But that's how you avoid injury I guess lol.
What's the difference between full, cheat, and hyper moves??? *sorry I'm a noob to tricking terms :/*
What in the world are you talking about? Full snapu is at 1:09
It's a rocketboii + half twist + rocketboii + half twist
u don't put full snapu snapu by michael guthrie :( and my quintuple full? jajajajaj
@1:15
I think WTF is rocketboy half twist rocketboy
