I can remember the first day rushing to get this CD/DVD combo back in 2008 here in South Africa and listening to this masterpiece by Armin and Cathy🤩Goosebumps still in 2024!
This track is the proof there are times when music becomes legendary. Look how he works the beat and the music,the voices,unbelievable. Pleasant,touching,smooth,stylish.
The first Cathy Burton song I listened to was Hollow. Such a beautiful piece from the vocals to the instrumentation, then Rain makes me want to dance till the sun comes out :D
Just had the chorus of this song pop into my head and then realized it's been a solid 7 or 8 years or so since I heard it, so here I am.. in 2021.. loving it just as much now as I did standing in front of him spinning this track while making a heart out of his hands. I've seen them all, and his set, his performance, his festivals... were always my absolute favorite.. Armin and Deadmau5. So, every chance I had, I travelled to see them, among a large amount of other DJ's.. all over Canada and the US. I sure do miss being young, fearless and carefree. Those were the good old days.. especially when my body would allow me to stay up for days on end running on pure adrenaline alone.. except for energy drinks. Places like EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), Electric forest, DEMF (Detroit Electronic Music Festival), WEMF (World Electronic Music Festival), Motion Notion, Labor of Love, comfort Zone.... I fucking loved those days. I met some of the most amazing people at those festivals and they became lifelong friends. The vibez were always positive and the fucking crowd was always LIT! young, dumb, and FULL OF FUCKING FUN!!!! Those were the days! Adulting sucks.
Karol Dygner love the old tiesto but now he's ventured off in to more electro techno and house not that is bad he's done some good recent track but when it comes to trance armin is the man

I go back in forth in my head on where I place Armin in terms of music that I like. I've always thought his work ethic is one of the best things that ever happened to the genre, that is undisputable. When I go back and listen to songs like this I know that along with his work ethic, I know his talent stands with the best of them.
Armin always worked very hard mixing trying giving it his very best with as many artists as possible . Armin van bureen and tiesto . I compare them to mario lemieux and jaromir jagr . All stars in there game . In this case music for the soul .... 🇬🇷
