Easy to understand pattern that needs an artist touch to explain. Thank you for this beautiful piece of work. I can tell you have been making this particular lace for many years.
The video makes it a lot easier to understand the pattern. I was sweating over here staring at the written pattern, confused out of my mind. Thank you for the visual instructions, I hope to show this lacing off to my grandmother
Thank you so much h for your tutorials. It's definitely the very best available, so glad I have stumbled on your videos, make everything so easy to follow and so well explained 😊
I love crocheting lace and doilies. It’s so nice to see RUclips videos of lace patterns. A four row repeat isn’t too daunting for even a beginner. Thank you so much for bringing this to us. ❤
Thank you for this beautiful lace tutorial. I followed the tutorial and made beautiful lace with beads and attached to a saree. It turned out lovely. Thank you. 🌺
I just came across your channel and all I have to say is thank you so much !! I’m still a beginner and this tutorial was easy to follow and really helpful. The pattern is very beautiful, I’ll definitely check your other videos out. Sending much love 🩷
Very interesting this one, I' seen another a little different but yours fits better on the edge of a towel and understanding english i easier than russian.Thank you.
Hi - I so love your delicate lace. I've tried to replicate this lace with a pattern that I purchased but there is something wrong. Perhaps you can help me identify it? I don't mind taking the thread out and redoing it. I can send you a picture of my work. It's looking too slack.
Susan, I really liked this video. It was just the right pace for me and very clear to watch. I was a bit confused at first because you said double crochet but you were working a treble crochet (so I think you maybe did this video for our American friends). Also I want to work a long length of this edging (about 36 inch across to go across a small window) How would I do that...or did I miss something about repeating to work a long length? If you could advise please, I would very much appreciate (I am only a beginner). Thank you.
Thank you. I do use American terminology sorry for the confusion. I will try to remember to say which terminology I am using at the start of future videos😊. To create the length you are right , just keep repeating rows 2 to 5. Hope you enjoy. Susan x
This is so pretty! I saw someone mention a written version. Is that available on a website? I’d love to see that as well. Thank you for such a soothing and easy to follow video.
Thank you😊 I know it is a vintage pattern and out of copyright but my copy doesn't state the source. I usually make a note of that. I have been searching my vintage books and online with no success. I did transcribe my copy. If you email me at tiaralacecrochet@gmail.com I would be more than happy to forward you the original pattern. It isn't the best quality but is readable. I sometimes take a screen shot and then print off a copy or I take a photo from my 'out of copyright stash' enlarge it then print that off....I can't remember what I did lol.... a vintage book
Hello Susan I would like to put a lace border like the one above on the bottom of a fabric dress and would like to ask your advice. The bottom of the dress has a gathered section about 5/6 inches from the bottom so the bottom of the dress is fairly wide although it hangs very well. Would you use the curved method for the border or use the straight version. Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you
So sorry for the late reply. If you email me I will be happy to forward you the pattern. Do you prefer US or UK terminology? tiaralacecrochet@gmail.com

There are no multiples with this lace. You just continue with the 4 row repeat until the lace is the length you need. @@cloudydaez I totally agree it is confusing😉 I am going to try and make it clearer on future videos what I mean by the length and width of the lace. I totally agree with what you say about the height of the lace and have even seen it described as the depth. I am in the process of completing some lace edging for my next tutorial ...hopefully ready soon...and I will chat a little about how confusing this can be. So thank you so much for highlighting this. It certainly got me thinking. 😊 Best wishes Susan x
@@TiaraLaceCrochet I appreciate you responding I wanted to do an edging for a shawl I’m crocheting for my aunt so it needs to go right around the width of the shawl. I might be able to work the multiples out myself but thank you for sharing …it’s really pretty

Beautiful lace. Can you give me a measurement for how wide the lace is using no. 10 Crochet Thread? I love how simple and elegant this pattern is.
