Congratulations on the new addition to your family!! Always take the penalty on the lost ball, definitely putting that close to the green since I’m not that great at chipping that close, and for me on hard sand I’ve had pretty good luck just using pitching wedge or a 9 and playing it like a normal shot.
Thanks so much! I'm definitely with you putting from the edge. My good chip is prolly worse than my bad putt. Do you play the hard bunker like a little chip shot? Not open the face/splash the sand?
thanks man! i think ill be trying to catch up on sleep early mornings lol. diggin the blob eye in the profile pic too. i got an 18 wrx, wish i could own a blob or hawk eye
Golf is a real grind sometimes...Never seen your videos before, but with some lessons on that flat stick and learning better shot selection you could get your score down a chunk. Keep pushing
Thank you so much for checking out one of my videos. Really appreciate it. Putting definitely has its days with me. When I see a weak spot during editing I'll usually work on it immediately. This video weakness was putter and driver. Gonna spend some time on both when I get a chance ✌️
Congratulations, best wishes to you and your partner with birth of new addition to family. As for bunkers sit down low hands and key is weight on lead side and big key use wrists.Oh and practise good luck.
Bunker shots: practice makes perfect… but 1) it’s terrible sand don’t waste your time. Remember no ropes no rules 2) wider, SLIGHTLY open stance & dig those feet in. 3) draw an imaginary line behind the golf ball and hit an imaginary ball behind that line. 4) don’t try to lift the ball, just hit the sand. Cheers
Thanks Justin! I wish I had time to hang out and practice different kinds of shots from the hard bunkers. Filming on the course usually leaves me anxious to move on to the next one. Casually rounds all day practicing. Appreciate the advice ✌️
if you cant find a ball, basically the same rules apply as if it went OB anyway (so 2 stroke penalty to take a drop, or stroke + distance like you did here in this vid)
Average weekend warriors I can't see adhering to this rule. Skews the score and makes one think they score better than actually. Curious what percentage that "keep score" play it correctly. Thanks for the input ✌️
@@MGGolf Yup, when I play with my friends and correctly score their strokes for them they always wind up scoring way higher than the rounds when I'm not present, haha
You should of been playing 4 after you hit your provisional. So if you did not find your first then you could of dropped where you lost it and be playing 4 , your provisional was 3 off the tee so again your next shot would of been your 4th. Brutal rule and most golfers just play 1 stroke penalty but that is only the case if you hit it into water or red staked hazard.
@@MGGolf hey man, just wanted to tip you, i think you should do mobility exercises, golf swing is kinda like dancing, some poeple are natutally smooth and other are more stiff, but im pretty sufe you could train your overall body mobility, maxbe take dancing classes haha who knows but it will surely improve you 10-15hcp current cap you have, never seen a sub 10 hcp with such stiffness so yeh, love what you do and i wish everybody had that mobility im talking about
@@MGGolf i think youll always have a stiff style but you can surely drop 5-10 strokes by having better coordination and better body feel, im pretty sure if you wnna hit that ball at the same spot everytime you need full control over you body
So, like we just have to rewatch this every week until you post again? And congrats on the new tax break!
LMAO. Whatever it takes to not become obsolete on the platform. Thanks Mike. Keep pumping out content so I have something to watch with the kiddo

Ugh...
I resonated with “as long as I don’t lose a golf ball, I’m happy”
The simple things in life ❤️
Use a low bounce sand wedge on hard sand traps
I have no idea what bounce my wedges are...
usually just a lurker but will comment for the ENGAGEMENT!! congrats on the little one, RIP golf

Man, I hate when trees jump in the way out of nowhere. Happens to me all the time.
Friggin nature ruining my day outside lol✌️
I wouldn't play the blue tees until you get your driver figured out. You're leaving a lot of distance on the table.
This course doesn't have white tees. Women's, then blue. Kinda weird
Me and you would be a good match. Although I think I'd have the edge 😁
