    The house has your name all over it. Love the razor wire on a high end home. If I am going to spend that kind of money, it’s going to be beachfront

      There are plenty of millionaires…even Filipinos here. 19.5 is nothing to people with TONs of money. They had a Filipino family from Manila looking at it when we got there to film it. This week I will be taping the same owner’s 228 million PHP($3.9 MIL USD) beachfront home in Dauin

    That’s a great looking home. If I were ready, I would purchase it. I would probably purchase it faster if I could see the young ladys smile while walking through the house. I believe she will break through that shyness and let her smile open up the world to her.

    Didn't know the old guy had this house too...very customized, suited to his personal taste...will be hard to sell. The 4 mil house has been on several channels and his beach property further down the road as well has been heavily advertised. Would seem he shot his whole load on all of those properties. He said he is moving back to Florida because of his 11 year old kids education. Would seem when a guy is building a massive real estate package as he did there...that he would have thought about his kids education before sinking 5 million USD in places there. I think he is done with the Philippines...but can't say it. He says he'll come back to Phils one day...but considering his age (about 70) starting all over again in Phils is not likely. He's very eccentric. Going to be mighty....mighty hard to find someone that has 4 million usd to spend in a 3rd world country. He's so eccentric. lol

    Great video! In my opinion the house is too expensive for the Philippines Duma. You did a great job in showing the property. The interior design is good but the house should have water filter system and water tank. The house should have solar roof panels with invertor, batteries, and generator. No mention about internet connection to PLDT, Globe or Smart. You did an excellent job but I can get a better value of return on capital in the good old USA in the free state of Florida. God job!

    this house apocalypse ready with the tall walls and barbwire all around it. i guess everyone that stays here would have to have an open mind and be a lil freaky with the glass walls for everyone else to watch you gettn your freak on. it also looks like the walls don`t go floor to ceiling which would be inefficient utilities

      @TooMuchTimeonmyHands65  2 месяца назад +2

      I don’t know why they have razor wire or broken glass glued to the top of the walls. I guess there is enough petty crime or break ins to require it, but it’s strange to see on the walls of multi million dollar compounds

    Odd house, it looks more like a resort, rather than a place you would want to live full time. I could not be comfortable there with all the glass, I would feel like an animal in a zoo on display and the layout is all wrong, like the isolated kitchen and living room. Does the owner have trust issues where he needs to be able to see into all the rooms, something is off, there is a lack of privacy.

Yall need to stop watching these “Live in the Philippines for $800 month videos “😂😂😂😂 if you actually came here, you’d see what it’s like. Stop clicking on the $800/month click bait…..that’s without AC, hot water, and most western amenities that you guys take for granted. I REALLY appreciate you watching, but you have NO IDEA how much it costs to buy, build, rent on Negros Orietal(Dumaguete area). There are 7000 islands…..don’t think that each one is the same. Believe or not, it’s cheaper to live in Manila(Makati, BGC, and Cebu because there are SOOO Many foreigners OVERALL) than Dumaguete because Dumaguete has MORE foreigners PER CAPITA than anywhere other city than maybe Angeles City(which is a sh*thole). More Americans means MORE MONEY!!! We don’t haggle, we just pay the Pennie’s on the dollar that other foreigners think is outrageous. You can DEFINITELY blame us Americans for the prices here.
