Circle (2015)
Circle is a 2015 American psychological thriller film written and directed by Aaron Hann and Mario Miscione. The ensemble cast includes Carter Jenkins, Lawrence Kao, Allegra Masters, Michael Nardelli, Julie Benz, Mercy Malick, Lisa Pelikan, and Cesar Garcia. It was inspired by the 1957 drama 12 Angry Men and was shot in 2014. It premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival on May 28, 2015, before being released to video-on-demand on October 16, 2015. In the film, fifty people wake up in a darkened room, only to find that one of them is killed every two minutes or when they attempt to leave. When they realize that they can control which person is selected to die, blocs emerge based on personal values. Release Circle premiered on May 28, 2015, at the Seattle International Film Festival. Film Buff released it to video-on-demand on October 16, 2015.
Production
The script was inspired by 12 Angry Men. Producer and star Nardelli, already a fan of the directors' webseries The Vault, became involved after they pitched the script to him

I guess it's about count of circle not count of human. Hence, while pregnant lady died that unborn kid was in circle and eligible for vote. Agar woh zinda hoti to they count as 1 circle only. That's why pregnant ladies survived
Did anybody not notice that it was going all into Eric's favor? Its as though some high power were helping him throughout the game. Why? Well let's start with the fact that he knew that in order to get in a right spot, he needed to speak up about his conclusions of the game. People were trying to figure the thing out and Eric filled some of their blanks. He said exactly what was needed to say. Using that, he showed the group their true intentions, which weeded out the wicked minded and the "sensible". Most of them let their inner problems, such as insecurities, and fear get in the way, even ambition was downfall, as you may have seen with the young guy who gave the idea of killing elderly and the bearded guy at the end. Eric was the only one who had it figured out. Only Eric will remember this, and take it with him as a experience. This was no game of chance. This was a game for Eric.

Well the lady and unborn is in same circle, it's assumed that when pregnant lady survived at last, she's the declared winner 🏆 because after that she can't vote herself (as being in same circle, they already tried that earlier when system don't allow u to vote urself in same circle)
So this dilemma of giving another vote to unborn happens only when the lady died and some other person left. Also it reflects that the person at end is double cruel to kill first pregnant lady and then unborn. Maybe Aliens are choosing the one who's more evil, and they are testing at end by giving another chance to boy to choose unborn and sacrifice himself.
