I watched this after the speaker's recent Tweetstorm. I wanted to understand the intellectual underpinnings of his views, most recently with his comments about human rights legislation empowering "stroppy teenagers of colour".
His characterisation of positive and negative rights seems to be a sly confection concocted to justify his socially conservative conception of justice.
