सर रेलवे में CMT लैब (MECHANICALDeptt) मे यदि कोई व्यक्ति lab Asst ग्रेड 3 मे RRB के माध्यम से भर्ती होता है और फिर प्रत्येक 2 साल के बाद प्रमोशन पाकर ग्रेड 2 और ग्रेड 1 बनता है . ग्रेड 1 बनने के बाद लैब की 33 ×1 /3 % General Selection Promotion Quota के तहत प्रक्रिया के बाद CMA (लेवल-6) बनता है और CMA बनने के बाद वह inter railway own request transfer के लिए आवेदन करता है तो वह transfer के बाद उसे नयी जगह पर कौन सा ग्रेड/ pay level मिलेगा. और उसकी seniority क्या होगी . Note - Lab Asst ग्रेड 3 मे भर्ती के समय से ही 10 +2 (Science) के साथ साथ उसके पास BSc (PCM) की डिग्री है जो की आज के समय मे RRB से CMA पद की सीधी भर्ती के लिए Minimum Educational Qualification है . Sir mai group D me GA ke post personnel Department me hu jo anukampa ke adhar pe joining lea hu meri age abhi 20 years hai , mai Group C pe joining nahi mili only reason is madical issue , C2 hai mera medical , group C ka exam me pass tha fir bhi nahi mila ye reson bata ke ki tumara medical kharab hai yahi karan hai Group D mila . Mai ye sab samgh gaya but aage kea aab kaese aapne aap kk aage bhadage ki mai mehnat ke dam par aage badh saku , mughe padhna hai study leave lene ka echa hai but financial theek nahi mere ghar me mai akela hu kuch guide dejea sir mai sada aapka abhari rahunga 😢

In every division there is a grievance redressal system pl put ur application there. Also write a application and mail ID (available on zonal railway website) Do speed post with ur details and grievances

Study leave is only given after 5 yrs of Service.
Generally it is given extra ordinary condition
So while is service after working hour u can study
