Same here. I was really addicted to energy drinks and soda i work long hr days and i thought they were helping me and i was just naturally tired and sleepy. But no i was wrong they were doing me harm. I dropped those drinks and reduced my sugar intake and took up carrying a gallon of water everywhere with me and man i feel good! I feel rested, and energized, and happy overall. When i was on soda and energy drinks i just felt fatigue, sleepy, sluggish, random headaches, mild chest pain, always feeling hot and always hungry and i was over eating idk if this has to do with over eating. But i was just doen bad so yes i agree water works wonders.
@wellbodisalone Absolutely! Staying hydrated is essential for overall health. It helps maintain bodily functions, supports digestion, improves skin health, and boosts energy levels. Whether you're active or just going about your day, drinking enough water keeps everything running smoothly! 💧
I've been a strong sugar drinker for 24 years of my life and I'm barely attempting to take water seriously. Luckily I've beem blessed witha fast metabolism but it's starting to slow and weight is starting to be visable, heres hoping sticking to water to reduce snacking helps
@stoneysenpaii It’s great that you’re making the switch to water-it can really make a difference! Hydrating properly not only supports metabolism but can also help curb those sugar cravings and unnecessary snacking. A fast metabolism is a nice perk, but reducing sugary drinks is a long-term win for both energy and overall health. Stick with it, and you’ll likely notice positive changes before long!
@@stoneysenpaii mutual thought on that water hope. I'm hoping to not relapse on sugar snacking too. My cousin's brother in law invited me to my favorite candy yesterday. I resisted it. My! @MedicalCentric water is my usual beverage. I try to drink some before I go anywhere away from home. I don't want to have to walk cross legged in public desert. 😰oh my g wizards. But, I could perhaps find the time to drink more water before going out.
Water strengthened my urinary tract muscles for when I need to hold it before getting to the bathroom from my bedroom. Catheters scratched it. And it was being irritating to constrict the muscle for to hold two nights ago leaving in an embarrassing mess.

@yolandagrabowski6043 Garlic is indeed known for its numerous health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. However, allergies can vary from person to person, so it’s important to listen to your body. It’s interesting that you found water helpful in stopping your sneezing; staying hydrated can often help alleviate allergy symptoms. If sneezing persists or worsens, it might be a good idea to consult a healthcare professional for further advice.

Release weight, flush toxins and waste of your body, it helps you sleep more soundly and perform better at physical sports, I mean if none of those benefits convince you, what will? lol.
@@clintenos What if i fast? Literally abstaining from food for a week and only drink 3-5 water bottles each day and doing intense cardio. Would that help amazingly with my fat/weight loss? (Just curious)

@NaomiArjune-n2j It's great that you're making healthier choices by drinking water instead of Coke! Regularly drinking sugary sodas like Coke can have negative effects on health, including weight gain and nutritional imbalances, which might indirectly affect growth, especially in younger years. While height growth is mainly influenced by genetics, nutrition, and overall health, switching to water is a positive step for your overall well-being.
