I stopped watching QVC when Lisa left. It just wasn't the same without her. I always looked forward to her shows with Judith Ripka & Joan Rivers. And her Friday night makeup shows were a blast! I even recal seeing a rare show of her selling cleaning supplies & it was hilarious! I miss her a lot, and I bet QVC misses my business!
Some of the new hosts just have no warmth to them, they seem to be generic. Since Dan left Christmas shopping has not been the same. I loved his enthusiasm.
I didn't know that Mary Beth was going to retire. I seldom watch QVC these days, and their counterpart, HSN. It's nice to see Lisa doing well and that she's happy. She was my absolute favorite host on the Q, tied with zany Kathy Levine. I occasionally think about Bob French too. I know he had some health issues before he left, and I think he was going to open his own restaurant, though my 75 year old brain gets confused easily. Thanks for the update on Lisa. I'm not into social media other than the occasional RUclips channels that randomly pop up in my YT stream.

I heard Marybeth Roe announce she was retiring. OVC has canned many of it's great host and has gotten so expensive. And the products are not of good quality anymore as well. I don't buy as much as I use to. I don't like many of the new host. It just isn't the same and going down hill in my opinion !! I remember when Ms Lisa was forced to leave QVC. She was really a popular host and classy. Something that is missing from QVC !! I am glad that she is doing well. I wish her the best. I wish Ms. Marybeth Roe the best too. I miss many of the great host like Mr. Dan and Ms Antonella. They also got rid of Carolyn. So I don't watch and buy like I use too. God bless them all.
I quit watching the Q a few years ago when Antonella left. Some of the vendors I loved like Chris Pryme for Lock & Lock. It seems they lean more toward foods now and not gadgets. I like gadgets over food and I'm not paying the high prices they now charge. $40 for a tiny cake is insane. Anyway, I just got tired of it all, more and more shows featured hour long vacuum cleaner "ads" and it got old. Just a waste of time, really. Bubbye.
Antonella was shocked when they let her go (fired her) so was most viewers that watched & liked her including me,she had a clue who was behind her firing who did not like her. They have been playing musical hosts with Shawn since Antonella is gone,do not care for Mally, she has a loud shrilling voice,

Carolyn seems to have changed since becoming a guest. Not as bubbly and happy. Very mediocre and blah and her products are not that special for the price.
Amen to that, I will know longer order from them as I have been getting alot of items that are poorly made and you have to wait for return slips , they should be put in the package when sent .
I truly hope that Lisa finds a convenient way to get everything she needs for her kitchen and the simple meals she has to prepare. Such a hardship for her - you mentioned her shopping tribulations about 5 times and it must be exhausting. I’m heartbroken for you both.
