I 100% agree with your husband who seems like a very reasonable and culturally aware man. This guitar really should be an acoustic guitar. Who knows though maybe you grew up listening to more country music than he did? Or maybe you didn't at all.

When I visited Nashville for work, the streets were filled with different colored electric guitars. Country music embraces both types of guitars. Tasteful logo. Don’t change it.

I think a fiddle or acoustic guitar because that's where the first country music originated. I really love the Praiseworthy Stitches snow scene. It looks like a lot of fun to stitch.
I've been to Nashville a couple of times, and listening to country music for over 40 years. Acoustic are the most used, but all the guitarists in the band groups are not playing acoustic. So, I say either way, but I do have to say, I love the color of the one you chose and would happy receiving it.

Love this video, as I do all your videos. As for the guitar, it looks like you've smartly chosen a Fender Telecaster, which a lot of country acts do use when they need an electric sound. I love it as it is. My dad always played a Fender. Keep it as is.
