- The beauty of our intuition is that it is unique to us. It is a guiding force that has culminated over many years, lifetimes and lineages specific to us in any moment. Sometimes we can be led adrift by the desires and inclinations of others and could possibly lose contact with our uniqueness completely. This 20 minute flow is about the human art of instinct, intuition and listening from deep within.
All that is required is for us to root in our essence. All that is required is for you to be you and to be more and more of you each day.

One way my intuition has positively guided me with is my abandonment issues I learned that everything is simple and we feel abandoned most of the times because we feel ass if those simple little things are the hardest things to solve and what if it were to get harder but in reality it’s how you make it up for yourself , calm yourself before reacting.

I know people have mentioned this before but I wish you would hold poses for a bit longer, not anything crazy but just feels rushed even sometimes the audio is out of sync with your movements on screen, and it feels even more so !
I love your gentle vibe, it feels right, I just want to enjoy it more and revel in it!
Also, random question I’ve always thought of since discovering you- since you call traditional “downward dog” pyramid, what do you call the traditional “pyramid” pose? In Indian yoga, the pyramid pose is kinda like triangle pose.. I’m curious what you call that in kemetic yoga, or is kemetic only a limited number of poses?

The flow was nice but the only thing that confused me is that you don't use the standard names of the poses.
Why saying pyramid when doing a simple downward dog, or a using a strange word for chaturanga or knees-chest-chins?
I'm just curious and genuinely asking, because it's the first time I see that.

The fire alarm sound was distracting. I thought mine was beeping in my house.
my intuition told me to turn it off because the constant fire alarm beeping... so distracting :(

@jg1681: I placed a maintenance request because I thought it was my fire alarm. My maintenance guy (along with his step ladder) and I went from room to room searching where the sound was coming from - until we realized it was the video. It was comical.
Your yoga flows are wornderful but the beeps of your smoke alarm are distracting... get some batteries girl!
