Fakie up the quarter on the box jump, tap the brake and pull a backie, then half cab out of it, down the other side of the box jump. You just have to have speed on the approach and land a backflip in fakie, that's the hard part. There's plenty of fakie-fronflips out there because rollin' up the quarter you already have rotation and comin' back down the quarter, your going frontwards already. Pffft, easy. Worldies are getting fewer and fewer available and every new one gets harder and harder to accomplish. You want to be the best in today's professional world, you have to go the distance and that's a TallOrder ! Heh
Kieran, have you thought about getting some Vans hi-tops? They can protect your ankles and give a bit of extra support on heavy landings. Just a random thought as you're always sending it and pushing what you can do. Might help keep you in fighting shape (the little things add up over time) obviously each to their own, but if you've not tried them and get a chance, give them a bash and see how you get on.
